Spring contact socket. The present invention relates to a resilient Konta, ktbüchse, which is intended for electrical, line connector.
The resilient "contact socket" according to the invention consists of a sleeve, the jacket of which has at least one opening intended for receiving a contact body, in connection with a sleeve surrounding the sleeve and at least one between sleeve and contact body provided spring, which endeavors to keep the. In the, clear space of the Hül.Se, protruding contact body resiliently resilient in its position.
The arrangement is made in such a way that the extent to which the contact body can protrude into the clear space of the sleeve is limited.
The attached drawing shows an example of an execution farm of the invention, - # ", s., #, egens-bg, n, des ,, da, rges, -bellt, and it shows:
: Tig. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the resilient contact bushing, FIG. 21 shows a longitudinal section through the resilient contact bushing, without contact body and spring, FIG. 3 the contact body with spring in a front view , Fig. 4 the spring in front view, Fig. 5 the, spring in side view, Fig. 6 a cross through the spring,
Contact sleeve, according to the section line a-b in Fig. 1, Fig. 7 diB contact sleeve, without contact body and spring in front view.
In FIG. 7, B designates the sleeve, in the cylinder wall of which a diameter extension N is provided. Dife, breakthrough N is intended for receiving a contact body K designed as a section of a cylinder jacket, which smeared on its longitudinal sides towards the outside of the jacket Bends U in which the legs E -a clip-shaped spring F are held.
A sleeve H is lifted over the sleeve, B, against the inside of which the part M of the bow-shaped spring F rests.
The penetration N expediently has abutment surfaces A, on the long sides on which the bends U of the contact body K come to rest under the influence of the spring F. < / U> In this position, the contact body K protrudes a certain amount into the clear space of the sleeve B. When inserting a pin in the loved one.
In the space of the sleeve B, the contact body K is displaced from the clear space of the sleeve B by overcoming the spring force and the contact pin is pressed against the wall of the sleeve B.
The invention is not limited only to the illustrated and described embodiment, but rather it includes all possible embodiments which have as a feature at least one resiliently resilient conical body which has at least one opening in a Guided sleeve and the sleeve is enclosed by a sleeve covering the opening.
The spring could also consist of one piece with the contact earpiece, for example in such a way that, as a resilient tongue, it is punched out of the contact body, but the ends of the contact body are bent over in a bail-shape. The shape of the spring can be chosen arbitrarily. Instead of just one spring, several uses can also be found:
