Steckerstift.

Connector pin.
The invention relates to a steek pen and consists in the fact that its spring lamellae can be bent by an adjusting device (e.g. screw) acting against their free ends.
The drawing shows the invention used, for example, on a banana plug, which is shown in longitudinal section.
The bolt 1 of the banana plug has an axial through-hole 2 and, at its end protruding from the insulating jacket 3, is divided by longitudinal slots 4 into four resilient legs 5, which are pressed in a known manner by the screw-on threaded cap 6 against a wire inserted in the longitudinal bore 2 , whereby the connection between this and the plug contact is established. In the other end of the through hole 2, a bolt 7 and the four spring lamellae 8 are firmly inserted with their ends. The spring lamellae 8 are connected to one another at their free end to form a ring 9. The bolt 7 has a threaded hole at its free end. M into which a screw 11 fits.
This fits with its conical head into the opening of the ring 9, and when the screw 10 is tightened, the spring lamellas 8 are bent outwards, while when the screw 11 is released they spring back into a flatter arc. In this way, the diameter of the plug can be adjusted as required.
In the design of the plug according to the invention, deformation of the spring lamellae cannot easily occur and such a deformation can easily be remedied by adjusting the screw 11 accordingly.
One. Another advantage of the adjustable spring slats is that the plug can be used for sockets of different diameters.
Without changing the essence of the invention, instead of the screw 11, another adjustable one can also be used
