Description

  

  \'erfahren zur Herstellung     eines        Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu neuen       Azofarbstoffen    in der Weise gelangen kann,  dass man     diazotierte        2-Aminothiazolverbin-          dungen    mit in     p-Stellung    zu einer     Amino-          gruppe    kuppelnden Aminen vereinigt.

   Die  so erhältlichen Farbstoffe sind besonders ge  eignet zum Färben von Estern der Zellulose,  wie     Zelluloseazetatseide,    und liefern im all  gemeinen klare     gelbstichig    bis blaustichig  rote Töne von guter     Ätzbarkeit.    Soweit die  Farbstoffe eine primäre     Aminogruppe    enthal  ten, können sie auf der Faser     diazotiert    und  weiter entwickelt werden.  



  Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarb-          stoffes.    Es ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass  man     6-Metlroxy-2-benzothiazol        diazotiert    und  mit     1-Oxyäthylamino-5-r)aphthol    kuppelt. Der       Farbstoff    färbt     Azetatseide    aus dem Seifen  bad in klaren, gut     ätzbaren    rein blauen Tönen.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  18 Gewichtsteile     6-Aletboxy-2-benzothia-          zol    werden in üblicher Weise     diazotiert    und  in stark mineralsaurer Lösung mit 20,3     (xe-          wichtsteilen        1-Oxyäthylamino-5-naphthol    ge  kuppelt.     lflan    rührt noch einige Zeit weiter,  neutralisiert die freie Mineralsäure     mitNatron-          lauge,    saugt ab und wäscht mit Wasser.. Der  erhaltene     Farbstoff    färbt     Azetatseide    in sehr  kräftigen blauen, rein weiss     ätzbaren    Tönen.

      <I> Example: </I> 18 parts by weight of 6-aletboxy-2-benzothiazole are diazotized in the usual way and coupled with 20.3 parts by weight of 1-oxyethylamino-5-naphthol. Lflan is stirred in a strongly mineral acid solution for a while, neutralizes the free mineral acid with caustic soda, sucks off and washed with water .. The dye obtained dyes acetate silk in very strong blue, pure white etchable shades.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarb- stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet; dass man 6- 3#lethoxy-2-benzotbiazol diazotiert und mit 1- Oxyäthylamino-5-naphtbol kuppelt. Der Farbstoff färbt Azetatseide aus dem Seifenbad in klaren; gut ätzbaren rein blauen Tönen.
