Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     wasserunlös-          lichen        Azofarbstoffes,    dadurch gekennzeich  net,     dass    man die     Diazoverbindung    von 2.     5-          Dichlor-4-aminophenyl-methylsulfon    mit     Og-          äthylmethylanilin    vereinigt.  



  Der so erhaltene neue Farbstoff färbt       Acetatseide    unter Zusatz eines     Dispergier-          mittelg    in kräftiger und     lebhafter    scharlach  roter Nuance mit guten Echtheitseigenschaf  ten.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  241 Teile     2.5-Dichlor-4-aminophenyl-          methylsulfon        werden    mit Hilfe von 350 Tei  len 39 %     iger        Nitrosylschwefelsäure        diazo-          tiert.    Die so erhaltene     Diazolösung    wird mit.  einer salzsauren     Lösung    von 155 Teilen     Og-          äthylme%hylanilin    vereinigt. Zur     Beendigung       der Kupplung     stumpft    man die Mineralsäure  mit     Natriumacetat    ab und ,saugt den entstan  denen Farbstoff ab.

Der so erhaltene neue Farbstoff färbt Acetatseide unter Zusatz eines Dispergier- mittels in kräftiger und lebhafter .süharlach- roter Nuance mit guten Echtheitseigenschaf ten.
