Elektrischer Kochherd.
Da bei ist dieses Auffanggefäss so schmal und als Schublade ausgebildet, dass es und die Schaltergriffe und -Gestänge nebeneinander im Herd angeordnet werden können. Zum Herdunterbau können beispielsweise gehören, ein Bratofen und dessen Umbau, ferner Füsse, ein Herdgestell und Wände;
Electric cooker. In the case of the two main types of electric cookers, the hob cooker on the one hand and the cooker with a pull-out tray on the other, the function of collecting liquids that has boiled over or spilled is performed by a trough which is immovable under the cooker and covers the cooker base and the electrical cables , in the latter case a pull-out cover plate with raised edges covering the hearth substructure, in the latter case the electrical lines are usually protected in channels.
The former embodiment is cheaper and a fold, and in particular the few visible construction parts are easily accessible after folding up the stove top, where the trough usually drawn from one piece has no angles or corners. A disadvantage of this type of construction is the somewhat low capacity of the trough for overflowing liquid and the inconvenience of cleaning food that has boiled over, for example large amounts of liquid.
The second type of execution has the advantage that the catch plates can be completely pulled out and washed off, but such catch plates have even lower absorption capacity, especially if they are more parts, but the construction height available between switch rods and / or . Switches and the hotplate must only be closed with very flat collecting trays with a usable depth of only about one to two centimeters. When such flat collecting trays are pulled out, their contents are therefore easily spilled, which then does not serve their purpose.
The construction parts of the stove superstructure that are contaminated by the cooked food above the catch trays are not all easily accessible, have angles and corners and are therefore less easy to clean. The mentioned disadvantages of the two types of execution who also not eliminated if the trough is provided with drainage openings after a collecting plate arranged underneath the flat type described enclosed.
The present invention makes it possible to combine the advantages of the known embodiments and to avoid their disadvantages. According to the invention, a trough which covers the base of the stove and which has at least one outlet opening after a collecting vessel is arranged on the cooker for: the catching of overflowing food or liquids.
Since this collecting vessel is so narrow and designed as a drawer that it and the switch handles and rods can be arranged side by side in the stove. The stove substructure can include, for example, a roasting oven and its conversion, further feet, a stove frame and walls;
the stove top construction can consist, for example, of a stove top, hotplates, possibly trough and hotplate supports, as well as supply channels with the supports placed on the hotplates.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown as an example, namely: FIG. 1 shows the front view of the upper part of an electric roasting oven, FIG. 2 shows a section along the line A-B of FIG. 1. In both figures, 1 is the roasting oven, 2 are the hotplates. Under the hotplate 8 and the hotplates 2, the trough 4 is arranged, which has the drain 5 at a suitable point after the collecting vessel 6 formed as a drawer.
The deep collecting vessel 6 is so narrow that next to it the: switch linkage respectively. Switches, the position of which is identified by the associated handles 7, have space, as well as the Koch . slat connections B.
In Fig. 2 a length of the collecting vessel 6 is also shown, which allows it to be arranged analogously behind the same hotplate connections. In a further embodiment of the invention, the bottom 9 of the casing around the collecting vessel can be provided with a slope, as shown in FIG. 2, so that if the collecting vessel overflows, the overflowing liquids flow off to the outside without damaging the stove.
Due to the design of the collecting vessel described above, so much space is gained in height that: this is a practically deep vessel shape. with a large capacity and thus its reliable handling is guaranteed.
The large capacity of the collecting vessel obtained in this way now even enables the collecting trough to be cleaned with water that can run off after the collecting vessel. In terms of manufacturing, there is the great advantage over the known design with an extendable collecting tray that the front wall of the stove can be pulled under the stove top in a single piece.
Furthermore, what a further fabrication cheaper results, the front wall of the stove and the door frame of the roasting oven, which normally carries the door hinges, can be made together from a single piece.
