Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von 1-Cyclohegyl-2,3-dimethyl-4-methylamino-ö-pyrazolon. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Ver fahren zur Herstellung von 1-Cyclohexyl-2,3- dimethyl-4-methylamino-5-pyrazolon, das dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man 1-Cy- clohegyl- 2, 3 - dimethyl- 4- amino - 5-pyrazolon durch Erhitzen mit Benzaldehyd in die 4- Benzylidenverbindung überführt,
diese mit einem Methylierungsmittel umsetzt und den Benzaldehyd durch Destillation mit Wasser dampf abspaltet.
Die neue Verbindung schmilzt bei 102 und ist in Wasser und Alkohol löslich. Sie soll als Arzneimittel verwandt werden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Man überführt das gemäss Patent Nr. 173909 erhaltene 1-Cyclohegyl-2,3-dimethyl- 4-amino-5-pyrazolon durch Erhitzen mit Benzaldehyd in seine 4-Benzylidenverbin- dung und lagert an dieses Produkt Dimethyl- sulfat an.
Das nach Abspaltung des Benzal- dehyds im Wege der Destillation mit Wasserdampf erhaltene 1-Cyclohexyl-2,3-di- methyl-4-methylamino-5-pyrazolon schmilzt nach Umlösen aus einem Gemisch von Hexa- hydrobenzol und Benzin bei 102' und zeigt ähnliche Löslichkeitsverhältnisse wie die Di- methylverbindung.
