Description

  

  Gerät zum Umbiegen von Blechrändern.    Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein  Gerät zum Umbiegen der Ränder von Ble  chen, zum Beispiel von zur Herstellung von  Bedachungen dienenden langen Blechbahnen.  Das Gerät besteht erfindungsgemäss aus  einer eine schraubenförmig verwundene Rol  lenbahn aufweisenden Falzschlitten und  einem daran befestigten Gestell zum Bewe  gen des Falzschlittens längs des umzubiegen  den Blechrandes. Vorzugsweise wird das  Gestell so ausgebildet, dass der Falzschlitten  durch dasselbe von der das Gerät bedienen  den Person bequem in Gehstellung gehand  habt werden kann.  



  In der Zeichnung ist     bespielsweise    eine  Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstan  des dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 einen Aufriss des Gerätes,       Fig.    2 eine Einzelheit im Schnitt nach  der Linie     II-II    der     Fig.    1, und       Fig.:3    eine Einzelheit im Schnitt nach  der Linie     III-III    der     Fig.    1.    Mit 1 ist ein Gestell aus Eisen bezeich  net, welches beim dargestellten Beispiel run  des Profil hat, jedoch auch ein anderes Quer  profil aufweisen könnte. Ja bezeichnet einen  Handgriff zum Stossen und Führen 'des Ge  rätes.

   Am untern Ende des Gestelles ist eine  Ausbuchtung 1' angebracht, welche zum  Anbringen eines Zugorganes 5 dient. 2a,     2b     bedeutet ein schraubenförmig verwundenes  Winkeleisen, an dem die Rollen 3 auf Zapfen  6 drehbar gelagert sind. An der Stelle 3a  sind die Rollen abgerundet. Im     vorliegenden     Ausführungsbeispiel weist die Rollenbahn  sechs Rollen 3 auf. Es können aber auch  deren mehr oder weniger vorhanden sein.  Mittels der Scheibe 7 und der Schraube 8  wird die Rolle 3 gegen Ausgleiten auf dem  Zapfen 6 festgehalten.

   Mit 4 ist das zu  biegende Blech bezeichnet.     Fig.    1 (rechte  Seite) und     Fig.    3 zeigen das noch     urgebogene     Blech beim     Eintritt    in die Rollenbahn, wäh  rend in     Pig.    1 (linke .Seite) und in     Fig.    2      der umgebogene Blechrand beim Austritt des  Bleches aus der Rollenbahn gezeigt ist.  



  Die Bewegungsrichtung des Gerätes ist  durch den Pfeil A angedeutet.



  Device for bending sheet metal edges. The present invention relates to a device for bending the edges of sheet metal, for example of long sheet metal strips used for the production of roofs. According to the invention, the device consists of a folding carriage having a helically twisted Rol lenbahn and a frame attached to it for moving the folding carriage along the edge of the sheet metal to be bent. The frame is preferably designed in such a way that the folding slide can be comfortably handled in the walking position by the same from which the device is operated.



  In the drawing, for example, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown, namely: Fig. 1 is an elevation of the device, Fig. 2 is a detail in section along the line II-II of FIG. 1, and Fig. 3 is a detail in Section along the line III-III of FIG. 1. With 1, a frame made of iron denotes net, which in the example shown has run the profile, but could also have a different transverse profile. Yes refers to a handle for pushing and guiding the device.

   At the lower end of the frame there is a bulge 1 'which is used to attach a pulling element 5. 2a, 2b denotes a helically twisted angle iron on which the rollers 3 are rotatably mounted on journals 6. At point 3a, the roles are rounded. In the present exemplary embodiment, the roller conveyor has six rollers 3. But there can also be more or less of them. By means of the washer 7 and the screw 8, the roller 3 is held against sliding on the pin 6.

   With 4 the sheet to be bent is designated. Fig. 1 (right side) and Fig. 3 show the still original bent sheet metal when entering the roller conveyor, while rend in Pig. 1 (left .Seite) and in Fig. 2 the bent sheet edge is shown when the sheet emerges from the roller conveyor.



  The direction of movement of the device is indicated by arrow A.

Claims

Claim: Device for bending sheet metal edges, characterized in that it has a folding slide facing a helically twisted roller conveyor, to which a frame is attached, by means of which the folding slide can be moved along the sheet metal edge to be bent.
