Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     komplex    gebundenes Metall enthaltenden     Farbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen kom  plex gebundenes Metall enthaltenden     Farbstoff     herstellen kann, wenn man 1     112o1    dianotier  tes     4-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol,    1     Mol    diano  tierte     4-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol-6-sulfonsäure,     1     Mol        1.3-Diamirrobenzol    und ein Eisen  sowie ein Nickel abgebendes Mittel aufein  ander     einwirken    lässt.  



  Der erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein schwarzes  Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser leicht mit       olivestichig    brauner Farbe löst. Er färbt  Leder in     olivestichig    dunkelbraunen Tönen.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  10,9 Teile     1.3-Diaminobenzol    werden in  50 Teilen heissem Wasser gelöst, auf 50  abgekühlt, eine     Metallhydroxydsuspension     aus 10,7 Teilen     Ferrichlorid    und 9,3 Teilen       krist.    Nickelsulfat, 60 Teilen Wasser und  43 Teilen 30     o%iger    Natronlauge hinzugefügt.

    Hierauf fügt man weitere 13,3 Teile 30     o/oiger     Natronlauge zu, sowie die in üblicher Weise  erhaltene und mit Soda neutralisierte     Diazo-          m16Ghung    aus 15,4 Teilen 4-Nitro-2-amino-l-         phenol    und 23,4 Teilen     4-Nitro-2-amino-l-          phenol-6-sulfonsäure.        Man    kuppelt während  10-12 Stunden bei     12-181,    erhitzt hierauf  zum Kochen, kocht eine Stunde und scheidet  den Farbstoff durch Beigabe von 15 Teilen  30     o/oiger    Salzsäure, sowie 150 Teilen Koch  salz ab. Hierauf wird     filtriert    und getrocknet.

  The dye obtained is a black powder which easily dissolves in water with an olive-tinged brown color. He dyes leather in olive-tinged dark brown tones. <I> Example: </I> 10.9 parts of 1,3-diaminobenzene are dissolved in 50 parts of hot water, cooled to 50, a metal hydroxide suspension of 10.7 parts of ferric chloride and 9.3 parts of crystalline. Nickel sulfate, 60 parts of water and 43 parts of 30% strength sodium hydroxide solution were added.

    A further 13.3 parts of 30% sodium hydroxide solution are then added, as well as the diazomine, obtained in the customary manner and neutralized with soda, of 15.4 parts of 4-nitro-2-amino-1-phenol and 23.4 parts of 4 -Nitro-2-amino-1-phenol-6-sulfonic acid. The coupling is carried out at 12-181 for 10-12 hours, then heated to the boil, boiled for one hour and the dye is separated off by adding 15 parts of 30% hydrochloric acid and 150 parts of sodium chloride. It is then filtered and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines komplex gebundenes Metall enthaltenden Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 NIol dianotiertes 4-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol, 1 Mol dianotierte 4-Nitro-2-amino-l-phenol-6-sulfon- säure, 1 Mol 1.3-Diaminobenzol und ein Eisen sowie ein Nickel abgebendes Mittel aufeinander einwirken lässt. Der erhaltene Farbstoff stellt ein schwar zes Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser leicht mit olivestichig brauner Farbe löst.
