Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     kupferhaltigen        Farbstoffes.       Gemäss dem im Hauptpatent beschriebe  nen Verfahren erhält man einen kupferhalti  gen Farbstoff, wenn man den Farbstoff aus  dianotierter     4-Amittoazobenzol-4'-srtlfosäure     und     1-Methyl-4-amino-2-oxybenzol    mit diano  tierter     4'-Nitro-4-aminodiphenylamin-2'-sulfo-          säure    weiter kuppelt und das so erhaltene  Produkt mit Verbindungen des zweiwertigen  Kupfers behandelt.  



  Wie nun weiter gefunden wurde, erhält  man einen ähnlichen     Farbstoff,        wenn    man  1     Mol        4-Amino-2-oxy-l-methylbenzol    mit  2     11Zol    dianotierter     4'-Nitro-4-aminodiphenyl-          amin-2'-sulfosäure    kuppelt und den     erhalte-          11611        Farbstoff    mit Verbindungen des zwei  wertigen Kupfers behandelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  61,8 Teile     4'-Nitro-4-aminodiphenylamin-          2'-sulfosäure    werden in der üblichen Weise  mit 13,8 Teilen     Natriumnitrit    dianotiert. Diese       Diazoverbindung    läuft bei<B>100</B> zu einer Lö  sung von 12,3 Teilen     4-Amino-2-oxy-1-          methylbenzol    und 33 Teilen Natriumkarbonat    in<B>1000</B> Teilen Wasser. Nachdem etwa die  Hälfte der     Diazoverbindung    eingelaufen ist,  gibt man den Rest gleichzeitig mit 4 Teilen       Natriumhydroxyd    in 20 Teilen Wasser zu.

    Nach einer Stunde wird die Lösung des       Disazofarbstoffes    auf<B>801</B> erwärmt und mit  52 Teilen Kupfersulfat, gelöst in 200 Teilen  Wasser, versetzt. Schliesslich erhitzt man noch  2 Stunden bis zum Sieden. Der erhaltene  kupferhaltige Farbstoff wird in der üblichen  Weise fertiggestellt, er färbt Leder rotbraun.

  As has now been further found, a similar dye is obtained if 1 mol of 4-amino-2-oxy-1-methylbenzene is coupled with 2 11Zol of dianotized 4'-nitro-4-aminodiphenylamine-2'-sulfonic acid and this is obtained - 11611 dye treated with compounds of the bivalent copper.



  <I> Example: </I> 61.8 parts of 4'-nitro-4-aminodiphenylamine-2'-sulfonic acid are dianotized in the usual manner with 13.8 parts of sodium nitrite. At 100, this diazo compound results in a solution of 12.3 parts of 4-amino-2-oxy-1-methylbenzene and 33 parts of sodium carbonate in 1000 parts of water. After about half of the diazo compound has run in, the remainder is added simultaneously with 4 parts of sodium hydroxide in 20 parts of water.

    After one hour, the solution of the disazo dye is heated to 801 and 52 parts of copper sulfate, dissolved in 200 parts of water, are added. Finally, the mixture is heated to boiling for another 2 hours. The copper-containing dye obtained is finished in the usual way, it dyes leather red-brown.

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the preparation of a copper-containing dye, characterized in that 1 mol of 4-amino-2: -oxy-1-methylbenzene is coupled with 2 mol of dianotated 4'-nitro-4-aminodiphenylamine-2'-sulfonic acid and the azo dye obtained with compounds of divalent copper be. The dye turns leather a reddish brown.
