Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen wert  vollen     Azofarbstoff    erhält, wenn man     l.-Phe-          nyl-5-pyrazolon-3-carbonsäureamid    mit der       Diazoverbindung    aus der     1-Oxy-2-amino-6-          chlorbenzol-4-sulfonsäure    kuppelt.  



  Der erhaltene Farbstoff liefert beim Fär  ben auf Wolle orange Töne, die beim Nach  behandeln mit chromabgebenden Mitteln in  ein sehr echtes,     gelbstichiges        Rot    übergehen.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Die auf übliche Weise hergestellte Lö  sung der     Diazoverbindung    aus 223 Teilen  1-     Oxy-    2 -     amino    - 6 -     chlorbenzol-4-sulfonsäure     gibt man zu einer Lösung von 210 Teilen       1-Phenyl-5-pyrazolon    - 3 -     carbonsäureamid    in  einer Mischung aus 250 Teilen     calcinierter     Soda und 1500 Teilen Wasser.

   Sobald die    Kupplung beendet ist, wird der Farbstoff  durch     Zugabe    von festem Kochsalz aus  gesalzen und in der üblichen Weise     auf-          gearbeit--t.

  When dyeing wool, the dye obtained provides orange tones which, when treated with chromium-releasing agents, turn into a very true, yellowish red. <I> Example: </I> The solution of the diazo compound prepared in the usual way from 223 parts of 1- oxy- 2 - amino - 6 - chlorobenzene-4-sulfonic acid is added to a solution of 210 parts of 1-phenyl-5- pyrazolon-3-carboxamide in a mixture of 250 parts of calcined soda and 1500 parts of water.

   As soon as the coupling is complete, the dye is salted out by adding solid common salt and worked up in the usual way - t.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Azo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1-Phenyl-5-pyrazolon-3-carbonsäureamid mit der Diazoverbindung aus der 1-Oxy-2-amino- 6-chlorbenzol-4-sulfonsäure kuppelt. Der erhaltene Farbstoff liefert beim Fär ben auf Wolle orange Töne, die beim Nach behandeln mit chromabgebenden Mitteln in ein sehr echtes, gelbstichiges Rot übergehen.
