Description

  

  Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 174651.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupferhaltigen     Farbstoffes.            (gemäss    dem für Hauptpatent beschrie  benen Verfahren erhält man einer) kupfer  haltigen Farbstoff, wenn man den Farbstoff  aus dianotierter     4-Amirioazobenzol-4'-sulfo-          säure    und     1-Methyl-4-amirio-2-oxyberizol    mit  dianotierter     4'-Niti-o-4-aminodiphenylamin-2'-          sulfosäure    weiter kuppelt und das so erhal  tene Produkt mit Verbindungen des zwei  wertigen Kupfers behandelt.  



  Wie nun weiter gefunden wurde, erhält  man einen ähnlichen Farbstoff, wenn man  1     Mol        3-Ainirio-l-oxyberizol,    1     Mol    diano  tierte     4-Nitro-l-amiriobenzol-2-sulfosäure    und  2     Mol        diazotier-te        4'-Nitro-4-aminodiphenyl-          amin-2'-sulfosäure    kuppelt und den so er  haltenen     Trisazofarbstoff    mit Verbindungen  des zweiwertigen Kupfers behandelt.

           Beispiel:       91,8 Teile     4'-Nitro-4-amiriodiphenylamin-          2'-sulfosäure    werden dianotiert und in soda-    alkalischer Lösung mit 10,9 Teilen     3-Amino-          1-oxybenzol    gekuppelt. Darin lässt man unter  gleichzeitigem Zulauf einer Lösung von     Na-          ti,iumhydroxyd    die aus 21,8 Teilen     4-Nitro-          1-amirroberizol-2-sulfosäure    erhaltene     Diazo-          verbindung    zulaufen, wobei die Reaktion  deutlich alkalisch bleiben soll.

   Nach beende  ter Kupplung erwärmt man auf etwa 80  ,  lässt eine mit Ammoniak übersättigte Lösung  von 55 Teilen kristallisiertem Kupfersulfat  zulaufen und hält eine Stunde auf 80  . Der  in der üblichen Weise aufgearbeitete Farb  stoff färbt Chromleder und vegetabilisch ge  gerbtes Leder in schönen braunen Tönen an.  Die Kupplung kann auch in umgekehrter  Reihenfolge vorgenommen werden.

  As has now been found, a similar dye is obtained if 1 mole of 3-Ainirio-l-oxyberizole, 1 mole of diano-tated 4-nitro-l-amiriobenzene-2-sulfonic acid and 2 moles of diazotized 4'-nitro 4-aminodiphenyl- amine-2'-sulfonic acid is coupled and the trisazo dye thus obtained is treated with compounds of divalent copper.

           Example: 91.8 parts of 4'-nitro-4-amiriodiphenylamine-2'-sulfonic acid are dianotized and coupled with 10.9 parts of 3-amino-1-oxybenzene in a soda-alkaline solution. The diazo compound obtained from 21.8 parts of 4-nitro-1-amirroberizole-2-sulfonic acid is allowed to run into this with the simultaneous addition of a solution of sodium hydroxide, the reaction should remain clearly alkaline.

   After the coupling has ended, the mixture is heated to about 80, a solution of 55 parts of crystallized copper sulfate, which is supersaturated with ammonia, is run in and kept at 80 for one hour. The dye, processed in the usual way, stains chrome leather and vegetable-tanned leather in beautiful brown tones. The coupling can also be carried out in reverse order.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kupfer haltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1 Mol 3-Amino-l-oxyberizol, 2 Mol dianotierte 4'-Nitro-4-amiriodiphenylainiri-2'- sulfosäure und 1 blol dianotierte 4-Nitro-l- amiriobenzol-2-sulfosäure kuppelt und den so erhaltenen Trisazofarbstoff mit Verbindungen des zweiwertigen Kupfers behandelt. Der Farbstoff färbt Leder in schönen braunen Tönen.
