<B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 213909. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Schwefelfarbstoffes. Nach dem im Hauptpatent beschriebenen Verfahren erhält man einen Baumwolle in sehr guten, echten 'Tönen färbenden Farb stoff, wenn man Coronen mit sehwefelnden Mitteln behandelt.
Wie nun weiter gefunden wurde, erhält man einen Farbstoff von ähnlichen Echtheits eigenschaften, wenn man die ,aus 6 Mol Chlorsulfonsäure und 1 Mol Coronen erhält liche Sulfonsäure mit schwefelnden Mitteln behandelt.
Beispiel: Die durch Einwirkung von 6 Mol Chlor- sulfonsäure auf 1 Mol Coronen erhaltene >ulfosäure wird mit Natronlauge neutra lisiert und unter Zugabe von 1590 Teilen Schwefel und 3180 Teilen Natriumsulfid krist. eingedampft und langsam auf 310 bis <B>320'</B> erhitzt.
Die Aufarbeitung der Farb- stoffrohschmelze geschieht in üblicher Weise durch Aufschliessen mit Natriumsulfid und Ausfällen des Farbstoffes aus der Lösung mit Säure. Man erhält<B>1110</B> Teile starken Farbstoff, der Baumwolle in rötliehen Khaki tönen färbt.
