Description
Concrete construction with iron girders. The present invention relates to a concrete structure with iron support beams, e.g. B. a concrete ceiling.
According to the invention, the beams are designed as T-beams with an upturned web, to which brackets are welded to the side, the eyelet-shaped part of which protruding over the upper edge of the web is embedded in the concrete, so that a shear-resistant connection between the concrete and the T- Carrier he gives. The effect of these anchoring stirrups can be increased by inserting a continuous reinforcement rod into their openings.
The brackets are expediently welded only with their one leg on the web of the T-beam, while the other leg is conveniently bent ge to a hook and protrudes at a small distance from the carrier web in the concrete.
Embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing, namely: FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment, and FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of a reinforced concrete ceiling in section; FIG. 3 shows a support beam according to a further embodiment, in section, and FIG. 4 shows a view of a support beam for a ceiling.
The ceiling shown in Fig. 1 has laid at regular intervals Tragbal ken 1 made of T-iron, on the bottom of which are the flange, the ribs 2 of the concrete slab 3 are supported. On each supporting beam 1, anchoring brackets 4 are attached to the side of the upwardly directed web, which are eyelet-like on the part protruding over the upper edge of the web and are welded to the web with one limb 4a, while the other limb 4b is hook-shaped and at a small distance protrudes from the bridge into the concrete.
A reinforcing rod 5 is pulled through all the Bü gel 4 above the upper edge of the web, which .der stirrup rests from below on the iron.
The embodiment shown in FIG. 2 differs from that according to FIG. 1 in that the ends of the legs 4b are curved to form eyelets, into which a further reinforcing rod 6 is inserted.
Fig. 3 shows a variant in which both legs 4, a and 4b of the bracket 4 are formed like a hook.
Fig. 4 shows a longitudinal view of a support beam, in which, for the purpose of better distribution of the destructive stresses acting on the concrete as a result of the tensile forces acting in the bracket 4, the bracket from the center of the T-beam starting ge conditions its ends increasingly inclined are arranged.
