Method of making reinforced concrete beam ceilings.
The invention relates to a method for the production of reinforced concrete beams. Ribbed ceilings in which, without the use of 1-girders, namely when using non-bending-resistant irons in the compression and tension belt, the reinforcing iron of the panels is completely clamped in that those in the compression and tension belt. Bend-resistant irons should not be combined into a kink-proof and torsion-proof construction by means of cross brackets. This union of the iron in the compression and tension belt comes into play, however, until now only through the concrete, while the iron framework, which is not covered by Ho'ton, is not yet standing. torsion and knee joint is.
This is particularly because the crossbars do not create a proper connection between the irons, but just enclose them as a whole. The consequence of this loose association of the irons 1,; r that they are not in a safe position when the concrete is poured and therefore move easily and therefore in these cases there can be no question of complete restraint.
The invention now consists in that the production of a from the outset, i. H. Without the help of the concrete, stable, torsion and kink-proof EisenHcrippes is made possible in such a way that the cross brackets, which are expediently self-contained. the iron deposits of the

The drawing shows in Fig. 1 such a reinforced concrete beam ceiling, in cross section. while Figs. 2-4 show the arrangement of the iron in the bar on a larger scale.
The manufacturing process is as follows:
After the tension chord has been formed in the usual way, before the concrete is poured in

When closed, the irons 3 of the tension strap are stable and kink-proof and their upper part is designed in such a way that they allow the irons 2, 3 to rest securely. After the irons 2,. '3 are placed on the Tranhügel and thus immovably held downwards. the tension bracket 5, which are to be arranged on both sides of the support bracket 4 (or in front of and behind the same), closed in such a way that their ends osena. around the iron) to be bent down.
As a result, the entire position of the irons 2, 3 is also fixed towards the top.
Due to the alternating arrangement of the bracket ends 4 and 5 (with the bracket 5 being twice the number of the bracket 4), each individual iron 2 and 3 is held securely in place without the help of the concrete and thus forms a completely secured link in this way
