Procedure for the creation of a reinforced concrete structure. The present invention relates to a process for creating a reinforced concrete structure, the reinforcing rods are designed to min least one truss, the upper nodes of which are anchored in the concrete slab acting as a compression belt for dead weight and payload, and that such a concrete structure can be used for various purposes For example, as a cantilever ceiling or as a flat roof, but primarily serve as a bridge. The invention aims to create a structure without a framework.
This is achieved according to the method according to the invention in that reinforcing irons are pulled as parabolic tension belts over the opening to be bridged, their ends are provisionally anchored and concreted in the two end transverse ribs of the concrete slab over the supports, the struts of the specialist value on the Tension straps are attached and attached to these continuous longitudinal beams for receiving the concrete formwork and supported on the end transverse ribs of the concrete slab holding the ends of the tension straps, so that after loosening the provisional anchoring they act as a compression strap on which the concrete is poured,
after it has hardened, the longitudinal beams and the formwork are removed so that the concrete slab takes on the function of the pressure belt.
Thanks to this method of construction, not only are the time and costs for the creation of a support structure, which are often disproportionately high depending on the local conditions in bridge construction, saved, but there is also the great advantage for the structure itself that the tension straps in particular can be fully loaded when the concrete is poured in and deform accordingly before it sets. So it no longer occurs as with the previous design only when removing the support frame by the suddenly acting dead weight from a lowering of the concrete slab with corresponding cracking. Of course, there could be and usually will be multiple trusses.
The tension belt of every truss consists of: mäf, ', ig of small-profile iron bars with a low resistance moment, e.g. B. round bars, which can easily stretch straight under the influence of the tensile force when the concrete is poured.
The concrete slab can be designed with or without ribs.
An exemplary embodiment of the method according to the invention is described with reference to the drawing. 1 shows a finished bridge in a longitudinal view and FIG. 2 shows a cross section of the same; Fig. 3 shows in longitudinal section a first and Fig. 4 a second phase of the Bauvor course, for which Fig. 5 is a cross section; FIG. 6 shows on a larger scale a detail of the abutment in longitudinal section and FIG. 7 in plan view; Fig. 8 shows a further detail in longitudinal section.
The bridge shown in Fig. 1 and 2 has a on its underside with two longitudinal ribs 2 and transverse ribs 3 provided concrete plate 1, which rides their end transverse ribs 4 on the abutments 7 is placed.
The longitudinal ribs 2 are reinforced with trusses in such a way that the upper parts BEZW. Junctions of the individual struts 5 are concreted into the ribs, while their lower parts are exposed, and the dnrchgebeiide tension chord 6 of each framework, which together with the struts 5 forms a parabolic lattice girder, is anchored at both ends in the end crossbeams 4 at the plate ends.
Such a bridge can be created in the simplest way and, above all, without having to use a falsework or supporting structure, as described below. First, the tension belts 6 are pulled over the opening to be bridged and temporarily anchored with their ends, for example on rammed piles S. Such a tension belt can consist of one or more round or flat iron or steel wire depending on the weight of the Bridge and expected traffic load.
Then the two end transverse ribs 4 are created over the supports 7 and at the same time the ends of the tension straps li are concreted in, as can be seen from FIG. 6. On the tension belts anchored in this way, boards can be placed across as a working platform or a mobile work platform with rollers can be placed on it (to be attached to the iron struts 5, which are attached to the tension belts by means of clamping devices or screw connections at 5 a and at their upper ends at 5 b (Fig 8) each fastened to one another by means of flanges.
These struts are best made of U-shaped iron bars. Flange-like projections 5 v are welded to the iron struts 5, to which the crossbeams (Q of the formwork are fastened by means of screw bolts.
At the same time, longitudinal beams are attached for the formwork, each consisting of an upper beam Li and a lower beam L2, which are screwed together, with the upper beams protruding at the ends over the lower ones, so that they form the support on the Qlierbalkeu Q, at the same time, their ends are cut to match the shape that the transverse ribs inherited.
At the outer ends of the concrete slab, the protruding sides of the lower beams L2 form the suspension, and the formwork boards can be attached to the beam layer formed by the longitudinal transverse beams.
Now the provisional verifications of the tension straps 6 can be loosened at both ends, because the l.iiiig # liiilzer- L, and L2 of the formwork act as pressure straps ui,
d zii # aini- rnen the struts 5 iirid the tension straps 6 form a framework.
The concrete is then poured in to create the slab reinforced in the usual way by single-row reinforcement with longitudinal and transverse ribs. The trusses are loaded and the tension belts are pre-tensioned according to the weight of the concrete filling plus formwork.
After the concrete has hardened, the LilLz longitudinal beams, which are under pressure, are loosened and removed with the formwork. As a result, the concrete slab with the longitudinal ribs becomes the compression belt of the framework, which forms each longitudinal rib with the struts and the tension belts, namely for the influence of the dead weight and the useful load. Depending on your preference, tension struts and struts can now be covered with protective concrete or completely embedded in concrete.
Instead of two longitudinal ribs, more could naturally be provided depending on the width and payload.
Also could bezw with several in a row on pillars. Supports placed support works of the type described, the tension belt of all trusses lying in alignment be continuously formed, which would result in a simple design even with longer bridges and the like.
