Description

  

      Schablonen-Aufspannvorrichtung    an     Rotationsschablonendruckern.       Die Erfindung betrifft eine     Vorrichtung     zum faltenlosen Aufspannen neuer oder     ge-          brauchter    Schablonen bei     Rotations    -     Stha-          blonendruckern.     



  Die Schablonen mussten bislang von Hand  um die     Vervielfältigungswalze    gelegt werden.  Es war dabei unvermeidlich,     ,dass    sich in  der Schablone Falten bildeten, .die nur schwie  rig herauszubringen waren, denn     die    Scha  blone klebt beim Auflegen sofort an der  feuchten Druckwalze. Beim Versuch, die  Falten     glattzustreichen,        beschmutzte    man  sich die Hände an der durch die Perforation  der Schablone gedrungenen Farbe. Das  Druckbild erschien dann bei den ersten Ab  drucken unsauber, was einen Verlust an Pa  pier und Zeit     bedeutete;    einzelne Buchstaben  waren zusammengedrückt, die Zeilen un  gerade.

   Die zurückgebliebenen     Falten    wur  den schon nach kurzer Zeit farbdurchlässig.  



  Die angeführten Mängel zu beseitigen,  ist der Zweck der Erfindung. Auf der Zeich  nung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Auf  spannvorrichtung dargestellt; es zeigt:         Fig.    1 die Vorrichtung in Draufsicht,       Fig.    2 die Vorrichtung im Querschnitt  mit teilweiser Seitenansicht des     Rotatiansver-          vielfältigers.     



  Die der Schablone 8 anhaftende Karton  unterlage trennt man von der Schablone -ab  und     steckt    die Schablone durch den Schlitz  5 eines im     Maschinengestell    6 vor der Druck  walze angeordneten Stabes 4 und     befestigt     sie an der Haltevorrichtung 10 der Druck  walze 9. Der     Querschnitt    des Stabes 4 ist  aus der     Fig.    2 erkennbar. Die durch -den  Schlitz     entstandenen        beiden    Wangen des  Stabes sind im Querschnitt rund. Hernach  dreht man den Stab 4, so dass sich -die durch  gesteckte Schablone     etwas    um diesen     wickelt;     in dieser Stellung wird der Stab nun festge  halten.

   Dann dreht man die Druckwalze 9  in Richtung des Pfeils 7; .die     Sohablone    läuft  dabei in einer die Richtung wechselnden Bahn  durch den Schlitz 5 des verdrehten Stabes  und legt sich völlig gleichmässig straff um  die Druckwalze. Der     Stab    4 kann hierbei mit  dem an diesem     befestigten    Griff 3, wenn er-           forderlich,    nachreguliert werden. Die Scha  blone ist nun vollkommen faltenlos und un  beschmutzt aufgespannt.

  Up to now, the stencils had to be placed around the reproduction roller by hand. It was inevitable that creases would form in the stencil, which were difficult to remove because the stencil sticks to the damp printing roller immediately when it is placed on the stencil. When trying to smooth out the creases, one soiled one's hands on the paint that had penetrated the perforation of the stencil. The printed image then appeared unclean with the first prints, which meant a loss of paper and time; individual letters were compressed, the lines uneven.

   The remaining wrinkles became the color permeable after a short time.



  The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the deficiencies mentioned. On the drawing an embodiment of the clamping device is shown; It shows: FIG. 1 the device in plan view, FIG. 2 the device in cross section with a partial side view of the rotary multiplier.



  The cardboard pad adhering to the stencil 8 is separated from the stencil and the stencil is inserted through the slot 5 of a rod 4 arranged in the machine frame 6 in front of the pressure roller and attached to the holding device 10 of the pressure roller 9. The cross section of the rod 4 can be seen from FIG. 2. The two cheeks of the rod created by the slot are round in cross section. Then turn the rod 4 so that the stencil inserted through the stencil wraps itself around it; in this position the rod will now hold Festge.

   Then the pressure roller 9 is rotated in the direction of arrow 7; The template then runs in a direction-changing path through the slot 5 of the twisted rod and is completely evenly taut around the printing roller. The rod 4 can be readjusted here with the handle 3 attached to it, if necessary. The stencil is now stretched completely free of folds and without dirt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Schablonen-Aufspannvorrichtung an Ro- tatiöns-Schablonendruckern,dadurch gekenn zeichnet, .dass zum faltenlosen Aufspannen .der Schablone auf die Druckwalze in dem Maschinengestell vor der Druckwalze ein mit einem Schlitz versehener Querstab (4) dreh bar angeordnet ist, .durch den die Schablone in einer die Richtung wechselnden Bahn zu ziehen ist.
