Description

  

  Robinet à soupape.    L'objet de l'invention est un robinet à  soupape. Ce robinet est caractérisé par le  fait que sa tige de     manoeuvre,    actionnée par  une manette, comporte les parties suivantes  et dans l'ordre suivant à partir de l'extrémité  de la tige opposée à la manette:

   une partie       filetée        -creuse    susceptible d'être vissée :dans  une pièce fixe présentant le siège de la sou  pape, des ouvertures radiales reliant l'in  térieur de     #tte    partie filetée à la chambre  du corps du robinet entourant le siège  de la soupape, une partie .annulaire .conte  nant la soupape destinée à prendre appui  contre ledit siège, enfin une partie -cylindri  que lisse     terminant    la tige et à l'extrémité de  laquelle se trouve la     manette.     



  Le -dessin représente, à titre d'exemple;  une forme d'exécution -du robinet selon l'in  vention, vue partiellement en -coupe.  



  Le robinet représenté se compose d'un       -corps    1, à     l'intérieur    duquel se trouve une       ,chambre    2, dont un goulot d forme le déga  gement. Dans le corps 1 est vissée une     pièce     fixe 4 présentant le siège ,de la soupape .du    robinet. Ce corps. 4     .comprend    un taraudage 5  et le siège proprement .dit 6 en forme de -cou  ronne. Des moyens 7 de fixation et de raccor  dement à une conduite sont prévus. Enfin,  un -écrou 8 permet -de serrer un joint 9; cet  écrou est lui-même recouvert par une garni  ture 10, tes     -dernières    parties étant traversées  par la     tige    11 -de     manoeuvre    -de la soupape.

    A son extrémité supérieure,     tette    tige sup  porte une manette 12, tandis que sa partie in  férieure comporte une     partie    filetée 18, inté  rieurement     tireuse    en 14, cette partie intérieure  étant reliée par des ouvertures radiales 15 à  la     -chambre    2. A la     suite    de la partie filetée<B>13</B>  et -des ouvertures 15, la     tige    comporte une  bride annulaire 16, à l'intérieur de laquelle  une bague élastique 17 est maintenue par une  bague métallique     élastique    18,     cette    bague 17  constituant la soupape.  



  Le robinet est représenté en position ou  verte. Sa     fermeture    ,s'effectue -en     vissant    la  partie filetée 18 dans le taraudage 5, jusqu'à  venir appliquer la soupape 17 contre son  siège 6. En     position    d'ouverture, on voit sans      autre que le liquide, arrivant sous pression  dans le sens de la flèche 19, pénètre :dans la  partie :creuse 14 -de l'extrémité filetée 13 -de  la     tige    11, d'où il rejaillit en jets radiaux  par les ouvertures 15 dans la :chambre 2, pour  s'écouler enfin par le .goulot 3.  



       Le    robinet représenté pourrait être simpli  fié en     ce    sens que le joint 9 ou encore la bague  métallique 18 pourraient être supprimés.
