Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     dichlorierten        Pyrenchinons.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein     dichlo-          riertes        Pyrenchinon    herstellen kann, wenn man       Pyrenchinon    bei zwischen 100 und<B>150</B> "liegen  den Temperaturen in Gegenwart eines Lö  sungsmittels mit chlorierenden Mitteln be  handelt.  



  Das erhaltene     dichlorierte        Pyrenchinon     stellt ein     orangebraunes    Pulver dar, das aus  Nitrobenzol in     orangebraunen    Kristallen kri  stallisiert, deren Schmelzpunkt über 350    liegt. Es löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefel  säure mit brauner Farbe und gibt beim Be  handeln mit Alkalien und     Hydrosulfit    eine  orangegelb gefärbte     Küpe.    Das     dichlorierte          Pyrenchinon    stellt ein wertvolles Zwischen  produkt für die Herstellung von Farbstoffen dar.  



  Als chlorierende Mittel können beispiels  weise Chlor oder     Sulfurylchlorid    verwendet  werden. Als Lösungsmittel eignen sich z. B.       Trichlorbenzol,    Chlornaphthalin, Nitrobenzol  und     Tetrachloräthan.            Beispiel     <B>138</B> Teile     Pyrenchinon    werden in 1400  Volumenteilen     Trichlorbenzol    suspendiert und  während 4 Stunden bei 130-135   Chlor ein  geleitet.

   Hierauf wird zur Entfernung des     Tri-          chlorbenzols    die Reaktionsmasse     wasserdampf-          destilliert.    Im     Destillationskolben    bleibt das       dichlorierte        Pyrenchinon    zurück, das     abfil-          triert    und getrocknet wird.

The dichlorinated pyrenquinone is a valuable intermediate product for the production of dyes.



  As chlorinating agents, for example, chlorine or sulfuryl chloride can be used. Suitable solvents are, for. B. trichlorobenzene, chloronaphthalene, nitrobenzene and tetrachloroethane. Example 138 parts of pyrenquinone are suspended in 1400 parts by volume of trichlorobenzene and passed in at 130-135 chlorine for 4 hours.

   The reaction mass is then steam distilled to remove the trichlorobenzene. The dichlorinated pyrenquinone remains in the distillation flask, which is filtered off and dried.

Das erhaltene dichlorierte Pyrenchinon stellt ein orangebraunes Pulver dar, das aus Nitrobenzol in orangebraunen Kristallen kri stallisiert, deren Schmelzpunkt über 350 liegt.
