Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Darsi.ellung    eines als Farbstoff und     Farbstoffzwischenprodukt     verwendbaren Kondensationsproduktes der     Anthrachinonreihe.            F5    wurde gefunden,     dass    man ein neues,  als Farbstoff und     Farbstoffzwischenprodukt     verwendbares Kondensationsprodukt der     An-          thrachinonreihe    erhält, wenn man     Cyanur-          chlorid    und     8-Amino-2,1-anthrachinonakridon     miteinander umsetzt, und zwar unter An  wendung von weniger als drei, vorzugsweise  zwei, Molekülen des letzteren auf je ein Mo  lekül des ersteren.

    



       Beispiel          3$    Teile     8-Amino-2,1-anthrachinonakridon     werden in 800 Teile Nitrobenzol eingetragen  und mit 9,3 Teilen     Cyanurchlorid    versetzt.  Hierauf wird unter Rühren allmählich auf  <B>190</B> bis 200   erwärmt und einige Stunden  bei dieser Temperatur weitergerührt. Die ab  gekühlte Reaktionsflüssigkeit wird filtriert,  der Rückstand mit Nitrobenzol und mit  Alkohol gewaschen und getrocknet.

   Das neue  Kondensationsprodukt bildet ein dunkel  violettes Pulver, löst sich in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure mit     rotoranger    Farbe und gibt    mit     Hydrosulfit    und Natronlauge eine violett  braune     Küpe,    aus welcher Baumwolle hervor  ragend licht-, wasch- und chlorecht rotviolett  gefärbt wird.

       EXAMPLE 3 Parts of 8-amino-2,1-anthraquinone acridone are introduced into 800 parts of nitrobenzene, and 9.3 parts of cyanuric chloride are added. The mixture is then gradually heated to <B> 190 </B> to 200 while stirring and stirring is continued for a few hours at this temperature. The cooled reaction liquid is filtered, the residue is washed with nitrobenzene and with alcohol and dried.

   The new condensation product forms a dark violet powder, dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a red-orange color and, with hydrosulphite and sodium hydroxide solution, gives a violet-brown vat from which cotton is dyed red-violet, exceptionally light, washable and chlorine-resistant.
