Zusammenklappbare Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine zusammenklappbare Sitzeinrichtung, die sich zu einer beliebig langen Sitzreihe aus bauen lässt. Der Erfindungsgegenstand eignet sich daher besonders zur Bestuhlung von Ver sammlungslokalen, Lichtspieltheatern, Vor führungen im Freien und dergleichen. Die Sitzeinrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens zwei parallel zueinander stehende, mit einem Fortsatz versehene Rah men aufweist, von denen mindestens einer ein schwenkbares Sitzbrett besitzt, an dem eine schwenkbare Lehne befestigt ist, das Ganze derart, dass die aufgeklappte Lehne als Versteifung gegen seitliches Umklappen der Sitzeinrichtung dient.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungs gemässen Sitzeinrichtung ist in beiliegender Zeichnung in perspektivischer Ansicht dar gestellt.
In dieser Zeichnung sind 1 und @2 zwei parallel zueinanderstehende Rahmen, die je einen Fortsatz 3 und 4 besitzen. Die bei den Rahmen sind im untern Teil durch Glie- der 5 und 6, die um ein Gelenk 7 zueam- nrengelegt werden können, verbunden. Die Gelenkglieder 5 und 6 sind durch Stäng- chen 22 an den Rahmen befestigt.
Am Rahmen 1 ist mittelst zweier Schar niere 8 und 9 ein Sitzbrett 10 schwenkbar angeordnet. Das Sitzbrett kann auf den Rah men 2 hinuntergeklappt werden. Auf der Unterseite des Sitzbrettes ist ein Stift 11 angebracht, der in ein Loch 12 des Rah mens 2 eingreift. Ein weiterer Stift 20 des Sitzbrettes greift beim Niederklappen des letzteren in eine Längsnut 21 ein, mit der die Fortsätze 3 und 4 versehen sind. Die Stifte 11 und 20 sichern das Sitzbrett ge gen das vollständige Herunterklappen bei allfälligen Verschiebungen der Rahmen.
Am Sitzbrett ist mit Hilfe von Schar nieren 13 und 14 eine Lehne 15 befestigt. Bei heruntergeklapptem Sitzbrett kann die Lehne um die Scharniere 13 und 14 schwin gen. Die Lehne 15 ist an ihren freien Ecken reit Zapfen 16 und 17 versehen, die in ent sprechende Löcher 18 und 19 am Ende der Fortsätze 3 und 4 eingreifen. Die aufge klappte Lehne wirkt als Versteifung gegen seitliches Umklappen der Sitzeinrichtung.
Zum Zusammenklappen der Sitzeinrich tung wird die Lehne 15 auf das Sitzbrett 10 umgelegt und dieses um die Scharniere 8 und 9 zurückgeschwenkt, so dass es parallel zum Fortsatz 3 gerichtet ist. Zum Schlusse werden die Gelenkglieder 5 und 6 zusam inengestossen, wie in der Zeichnung ange deutet ist. Dadurch kommen die beiden Rahmen 1 und 2 unmittelbar aufeinander zu liegen.
Aus obiger Beschreibung ist ohne weiteres ersichtlich, dass sich aus der erfindungsge mässen Einrichtung eine Sitzreihe bauen lässt, die beliebig viele Plätze aufweisen kann. Es genügt zu diesem Zwecke, der gewünschten Platzzahl entsprechend weitere Rahmen vor zusehen, die alle, mit Ausnahme des letzten, mit dem schwenkbaren Sitzbrett und der schwenkbaren Lehne ausgerüstet sind. Jeder Fortsatz besitzt alsdann am freien Ende zwei nebeneinanderliegende Löcher für die Aufnahme der Befestigungszapfen der be nachbarten Lehnen.
Zufolge der erfindungsgemässen Bauart ist die Sitzreihe bei jeder Platzzahl vollkom men stabil. Die einzelnen Rahmen mit um gelegter Lehne und zurückgeklapptem Sitz brett sind äusserst schmal, so dass selbst eine längere Sitzreihe im zusammengelegten Zu stande ein Mindestmass an Platz in Anspruch nimmt.
The collapsible object of the present invention is a collapsible seat device that can be built into a row of seats of any length. The subject matter of the invention is therefore particularly suitable for the seating of meeting rooms, video theaters, before outdoor presentations and the like. The seat device is characterized in that it has at least two parallel frames provided with an extension, at least one of which has a swiveling seat board to which a swiveling backrest is attached, the whole thing in such a way that the opened backrest acts as a stiffener against lateral folding of the seat device is used.
An embodiment of the fiction, contemporary seat device is shown in the accompanying drawing in a perspective view.
In this drawing, 1 and @ 2 are two frames that stand parallel to one another and each have an extension 3 and 4. The two frames are connected in the lower part by links 5 and 6, which can be attached around a joint 7. The joint members 5 and 6 are attached to the frame by rods 22.
On the frame 1 a seat board 10 is pivotably arranged by means of two hinge kidneys 8 and 9. The seat board can be folded down on the frame 2. On the underside of the seat board, a pin 11 is attached, which engages in a hole 12 of the frame 2 mens. Another pin 20 of the seat board engages when the latter is folded down in a longitudinal groove 21 with which the extensions 3 and 4 are provided. The pins 11 and 20 secure the seat board against the complete folding down in the event of any shifts in the frame.
On the seat board is kidney 13 and 14 with the help of Schar a back 15 attached. When the seat board is folded down, the backrest can swing around the hinges 13 and 14 conditions. The backrest 15 is provided at its free corners riding pins 16 and 17, which engage in corresponding holes 18 and 19 at the end of the extensions 3 and 4. The unfolded backrest acts as a stiffener to prevent the seat from folding over to the side.
To fold the Sitzeinrich device, the backrest 15 is folded over on the seat board 10 and this is pivoted back around the hinges 8 and 9 so that it is directed parallel to the extension 3. Finally, the joint members 5 and 6 are pushed together, as indicated in the drawing. As a result, the two frames 1 and 2 come to rest directly on one another.
From the above description it is readily apparent that a row of seats can be built from the device according to the invention, which can have any number of seats. For this purpose, it is sufficient to see further frames according to the desired number of seats, all of which, with the exception of the last, are equipped with the swiveling seat board and the swiveling backrest. Each extension then has two adjacent holes at the free end for receiving the fastening pins of the adjacent backrests.
As a result of the design according to the invention, the row of seats is completely stable regardless of the number of seats. The individual frames with the backrest folded down and the seat board folded back are extremely narrow, so that even a longer row of seats when folded takes up a minimum of space.
