Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen zusammenlegbaren Lehnstuhl, der hauptsäch lich zum Mitnehmen auf die Reise bestimmt ist; er kennzeichnet sich dadurch, dass seine Rückenlehne sowie die Fussstützen des Stuhls in den Sitzrahmen eingeschwenkt werden können, um dem Stuhl die Form einer Ak- 9tentasche zu geben, als welche er in der Folge auch verwendet werden kann.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf bei liegender Zeichnung in einem Beispiel dar gestellt. Es ist: Fig. I eine Seitenansicht des aufgeklapp ten Stuhls, Fig.II eine Vorderansicht des aufge klappten Stuhls, Fig. HI eine Seitenansicht des Stuhls in teilweise zusammengelegtem Zustande, Fig. IV ein Querschnitt des zusammenge legten Stuhls von der Seite gesehen, in grösserem Massstab, Fig. V eine Vorderansicht des zusammen gelegten Stuhls, auf die Sitzfläche gesehen, Fig. VI eine Hinteransicht des zusammen gelegten Stuhls, auf die Tasche gesehen.
Der aus dünnem Blech hergestellte Sitz rahmen 1 ist auf der Sitzseite mit einem Stoffgewebe 2 überzogen. In seinen vier Ecken sind Ecklager 3, 3' und 4, 4.' befe stigt, in deren Bolzen 5, 5' und 6, 6' die die Füsse des Stuhls bildenden Stützbügels 7 und 8 drehbar gelagert sind. Die zweiteiligen Gelenkstreben 9, 10; 9', 10'; 11, 12 und 11', 12', die einerseits mit den Stützbügeln und anderseits mit dem Sitzrahmen drehbar verbunden und um ihre Mittelverbindung zusammenlegbar sind, halten in aasgespreizter Lage die Stützbügel in ihrer Stütz- bezw. Gebrauchslage fest. Zum Einschwenken der Stützbügel in den Sitzrahmen müssen .die Streben in ihrer Mitte von Hand eingeknickt werden.
In den Bolzen 6 und 6' der Ecklager 4 und 4' sind ebenfalls drehbar gelagert die Gelenkstücke 13 und 13' mit ihren Lehn armen 14 und 14'. Diese Lehrarme sind mit den Lehnarmen 15 und 15' durch Scharniere 16 und 16' nach aussen umklappbar, und die Lehnarme 17 und 17' durch Scharniere 18 und 18' nach innen umklappbar miteinander verbunden. Die Lehnarme 14, 14 '; 15, 15' und 17, 17' sind durch Querverbindungen 19, 19'; 20, 20' und 21, 21' zu je einem steifen Rahmen vereinigt. Sämtliche diese Rahmen sind mit einem Stoffgewebe überzogen. Der Stoffüberzug 25 des untersten Rahmens ist zwei- oder mehrfach und dient im zusam mengelegten Zustand des Stuhls als Reise tasche.
Die Lehnarme 14, 14' und 15, 15' werden durch die an ihnen befestigten Zugverbin dungen 22 und 22', die beispielsweise aus Stoffgewebe bestehen und die in den nach aussen vorstehenden Knopfenden der Bolzen 6 und 6' eingehängt werden, in ihrer aufge klappten Stellung festgehalten. Der oberste Lehnrahmen ist durch Anschläge der Schar niere 18 und 18', die nur eine halbe Drehung dieses Rahmens gegenüber dem die Arme 15, 15' aufweisenden Rahmen zulassen, in seiner aufgeklappten Stellung gehalten. Auch die Scharniere 16 und 16' sind mit Anschlä gen versehen, die nur eine halbe Drehung der Arme 15, 15' gegenüber den Armen 14, 14' zulassen.
Zum bequemen Tragen des in Form einer Aktentasche zusammerrgeklappten Stuhls ist am Sitzrahmen ein Traghenkel 23 angebracht, und zum Schliessen der durch den Überzug 25 gebildeten Tasche dient der Verschluss 24.
Fig. III zeigt, wie die Riiekenlehne zu sammengeklappt und im zusammengeklapp ten Zustand als zusammenhängendes Ganzes in den Sitzrahmen eingeschwenkt werden kann, wenn der Stuhl in die Form einer Aktentasche umgewandelt wird, als welche er dann in der Folge auch gebraucht wer den kann. In den Fällen, bei denen auf ein Anleh nen des Kopfes der sitzenden Person ver zichtet wird, kann die Rückenlehne auch nur aus einem, in den Sitzrahmen ein schwenkbaren bespannten Rahmen bestehen, der auf gleiche Art wie oben angegeben, durch seitliche, am vordern Sitzteil lösbar befe stigte Zugverbindungen in seiner aufgeklapp ten Stellung festgehalten wird.
