Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Abkömmlings des 2-Äthogy-6-acetaminopyridiii. Es wurde gefunden, dass Oxy- und Amino- pyridinverbindungen die Neigung besitzen, sich mit substituierten Barbitursäuren zu Molekülverbindungen zu vereinigen. Die so erhaltenen Abkömmlinge stellen bestimmte, kristallisierte Verbindungen dar, die sich in ihren physikalischen Eigenschaften von den jeweiligen Ausgangsstoffen wesentlich unter scheiden.
Man erhält derartige Abkömmlinge von Oxy- und Aminopyridinverbindungen, indem man beispielsweise letztere in einer zwei Molekülen entsprechenden Menge einer sub stituierten Barbitursäure verschmilzt. Man kann aber auch die Komponenten in Löse mitteln aufeinander einwirken lassen und die Molekülverbindungen durch Auskristallisieren oder Eindampfen gewinnen oder Salze von Barbitursäuren mit Salzen der genannten Pyridinverbindungen zur Umsetzung bringen.
Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist nun ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Ab- kömmlings des 2 Ä.thoxy-5-acetaminopyridins, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man auf Diäthylbarbitursäure 2-Äthoxy-5-aceta- minopyridin einwirken lässt. Man erhält dabei eine Verbindung von Schmelzpunkt -112 bis <B>115</B> , welche sich aus Benzol umkristallisie- ren lässt.
<I>Beispiel</I> Man verschmilzt ein Teil Diäthylbarbitur- säure und 2 Teile 2-Äthoxy-5-acetaminopyri- din bei 140 . Nach dem Erstarren der klaren Schmelze wird aus Wasser oder aus Benzol umkristallisiert. Die so erhaltene Verbindung schmilzt bei 112 bis 115 und enthält auf <B>1</B> Mol C8E1203N2 <B>2</B> Mol C9H1202N2.
Process for the preparation of a derivative of 2-Ethogy-6-acetaminopyridiii. It has been found that oxy- and aminopyridine compounds have a tendency to combine with substituted barbituric acids to form molecular compounds. The derivatives obtained in this way represent specific, crystallized compounds which differ significantly in their physical properties from the respective starting materials.
Such derivatives of oxy- and aminopyridine compounds are obtained, for example, by fusing the latter in an amount of a substituted barbituric acid corresponding to two molecules. However, the components can also act on one another in solvents and the molecular compounds can be obtained by crystallization or evaporation, or salts of barbituric acids can be reacted with salts of the pyridine compounds mentioned.
The present patent now relates to a process for the production of a derivative of 2 Ä.thoxy-5-acetaminopyridine, which is characterized in that 2-ethoxy-5-acetaminopyridine is allowed to act on diethylbarbituric acid. This gives a compound with a melting point of -112 to 115, which can be recrystallized from benzene.
<I> Example </I> One part of diethylbarbituric acid and 2 parts of 2-ethoxy-5-acetaminopyridine are fused at 140. After the clear melt has solidified, it is recrystallized from water or from benzene. The compound obtained in this way melts at 112 to 115 and contains <B> 1 </B> mole of C8E1203N2 <B> 2 </B> mole of C9H1202N2.
