Description

  

  Verfahren zur Gewinnung eines therapeutisch wertvollen Produktes.    Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung von     6-Chlor-4-(n-          liexyl-1')-resorcin.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass man     6-Chlor-4-(n-hexylyl)-          resorcin    mit einem reduzierenden Mittel zum       6-Chlor-4-(n-hexyl-1')-resorcin    reduziert. Die  Reaktion erfolgt zweckmässig durch Behand  lung des     6-Chlor-4-(n-hexylyl)-resorcins    mit  amalgamiertem Zink und Salzsäure.

   Das so  erhältliche     6-Chlor-4-(ii-hexyl-1')-resorein    sie  det unter 5-6 mm Druck bei     170-173'.     Es ist schwer löslich in Wasser, löst sich  aber in Natronlauge und in organischen  Lösemitteln. Das neue Produkt soll thera  peutische Anwendung finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  100     gr        6-Chlor-4-(n-hexylyl)-resorein        (Kpbb          175-180')    werden mit 300     gr    amalgamier  tem Zink, 600 cm' konzentrierter Salzsäure,  150     cm3    Eisessig und 200 cm' Wasser am       Rückflusskühler    7 Stunden bis zum Ausbleiben  der     Eisenchloridreaktion    kräftig     gekocht.    Als  dann wird warm von der wässerigen Lösung    getrennt, mit heisser     Natriumcliloridlösung     kongoneutral gewaschen und destilliert. Das       6-Chlor-4-(n-hexyl-1')-resorcin    siedet bei 170  bis 173   unter 5-6 mm Druck.

   Es ist  schwer löslich in Wasser und leicht löslich in  organischen Lösemitteln.

   The 6-chloro-4- (ii-hexyl-1 ') - resorein obtainable in this way is under 5-6 mm pressure at 170-173'. It is sparingly soluble in water, but it dissolves in caustic soda and organic solvents. The new product is intended to be used therapeutically.



  <I> Example: </I> 100 grams of 6-chloro-4- (n-hexylyl) -resorein (Kpbb 175-180 ') are mixed with 300 grams of amalgamated zinc, 600 cm' of concentrated hydrochloric acid, 150 cm3 of glacial acetic acid and 200 cm 'water was boiled vigorously on the reflux condenser for 7 hours until the iron chloride reaction did not occur. Then the warm is separated from the aqueous solution, washed with hot sodium chloride solution and distilled. The 6-chloro-4- (n-hexyl-1 ') - resorcinol boils at 170 to 173 under 5-6 mm pressure.

   It is sparingly soluble in water and easily soluble in organic solvents.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung von 6-Chlor- 4-(n-hexyl-1')-resoroin, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man 6-Chlor-4-(n-hexylyl-resorein mit einem Reduktionsmittel behandelt. Das so erhältliche 6-Chlor-4-(n-hexyl-1')- resorcin siedet unter 5-6 mm Druck bei 170-1730. UNTERANSPRUCH: Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Reduktionsmittel amalgamiertes Zink und konzentrierte Salz säure verwendet wird.
