Description
Vorrichtung zuin Zerstäuben an flüssigem Paraffin, Stearin, Wachs und dergd. Vorrichtungen zum Zerstäuben von flüssi- gem Paraffin, Stearin, Wachs und dergleichen, bestehend aus einer Luftpumpe mit angebau tem Behälter und Düsen sind bekannt.
Dieselben haben aber den Nachteil, dass das heisse, flüssige Material im Behälter rasch erkaltet und dann nur noch schlecht oder gar nicht mehr zerstäubt werden kann.
Die vorliegende Erfindung hilft diesem Übelstand ab.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand besteht aus einer Vorrichtung zum Zerstäuben von Pa raffin, Stearin, Wachs und dergleichen, welche eine Luftpumpe, einen an letztere angebauten Behälter für das zu zerstäubende Material und eine Zerstäubungsdüse aufweist. Die Vorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter mit einer Heizvorrichtung ver sehen ist.
Diese Heizvorrichtung kann beispielsweise aus zwei elektrischen Heizkörpern bestehen, welche in den Behälter hineinragen. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des ErfiDdungs- gegenstandes ist auf dem beiliegenden Zeich nungsblatt dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt die Vorrichtung in der Sei tenansicht, und Fig. 2 ist der zugehörige Grundriss.
1 ist eine Luftpumpe mit Kolben und Kolbenstange, welche mit dem Griff 2 be tätigt wird. 5 ist ein zylindrischer Behälter, welcher vorn, unterhalb der Pumpe an der selben befestigt ist. 6 ist der Verschluss zu einer Öffnung im Behälter 5, durch welche der Behälter mit dem zu zerstäubenden Mate rial gefüllt wird. Beim Gebrauch der Vor richtung tritt das Material durch die Zer- stäubungsdüse 4 aus und wird durch die aus der Pumpe durch eine vor der Düse befind liche Öffnung des Pumpenkörpers austretende Luft zerstäubt.
10 sind zwei elektrische Heizkörper, welche in den Behälter 5 hineinragen. 11 sind die elektrischen Leitungen, welche die Heizkörper mit einem Stecker 12 verbinden und die zwischen den Heizkörpern und dem Stecker noch durch eine Bride 3, die an der Pumpe befestigt ist, gehalten werden.
Die Gebrauchsweise der dargestellten Vor richtung ist folgende: Der Behälter wird mit dem zu zerstäu benden Material in festem oder geschmolze nem Zustand gefüllt. Hierauf schliesst man den Stecker 12 an eine Stromquelle an, worauf der Inhalt des Behälters erhitzt und in erhitztem Zustand erhalten wird. Beim Betätigen der Pumpe durch Bewegen des Kolbens mit dem Griff 2 erfolgt die Zerstäu- bung des Behälterinhaltes.
Die Stärke der Heizkörper wird dem In halt des Behälters in bezug auf Quantum und Art des zu zerstäubenden Stoffes ange passt. Die dargestellte Vorrichtung ist einfach, billig in der Herstellung und zweckdienlich.

The present invention remedies this drawback.
The subject matter of the invention consists of a device for atomizing Pa raffin, stearin, wax and the like, which has an air pump, a container attached to the latter for the material to be atomized and an atomizing nozzle. The device is characterized in that the container is provided with a heating device.
This heating device can for example consist of two electric heaters which protrude into the container. An embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown on the accompanying drawing sheet.
Fig. 1 shows the device in the Be tenansicht, and Fig. 2 is the associated plan.
1 is an air pump with piston and piston rod, which is operated with the handle 2 be. 5 is a cylindrical container which is attached to the front, below the pump. 6 is the closure to an opening in the container 5 through which the container is filled with the material to be atomized. When using the device, the material exits through the atomizing nozzle 4 and is atomized by the air emerging from the pump through an opening in the pump body located in front of the nozzle.
10 are two electrical heating elements which protrude into the container 5. 11 are the electrical lines which connect the radiators to a plug 12 and which are still held between the radiators and the plug by a clamp 3 which is attached to the pump.
The use of the device shown is as follows: The container is filled with the material to be atomized in a solid or molten state. The plug 12 is then connected to a power source, whereupon the contents of the container are heated and kept in a heated state. When the pump is activated by moving the piston with the handle 2, the contents of the container are atomized.
The strength of the radiator is adapted to the content of the container with regard to the quantity and type of substance to be atomized. The device shown is simple, inexpensive to manufacture and functional.
