Assembly trolley with hydraulically raised and lowered, handrail-reinforced working platform. The present invention relates to an assembly vehicle with a hydraulically raised and lowered work platform reinforced with railings, such as are used, for example, for work on tramway overhead lines.
It is known to raise and lower the work platform of such assembly trolleys by means of hydraulic telescopic press cylinders. The height of the working platform when in use is 5 to 6 meters above the road surface.
If you do not want to make the individual elements of the press cylinder and, for reasons of strength and rigidity, especially the individual tubes of the outer, also telescopic support column, in too many parts, the height of the lowered work platform above the road remains in the previously known versions @ high that the car cannot travel at normal traffic speed.
In the case of the assembly trolley according to the invention, this tibelstand is eliminated in that the extendable support column penetrates the stage floor and its upper end is fastened to the floor of a bell that cuts off at the height of the stage railing and at the lower end of which the stage floor is attached .
Thanks to this training, the working platform in the inoperative position can be lowered right over the roof of the driver's cab of the car. When the platform is lowered, the center of gravity of the vehicle is so low that its total height is only approximately. 6 m, so that the car can drive through anywhere and the center of gravity is so low that it is safe to drive at high speed.
An embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown in the drawing Darge, namely shows: Figure 1 is a longitudinal view of an assembly carriage; Fig. 2 shows the support column on a larger scale in vertical section.
W is the vehicle on whose chassis 27 behind the driver's cab F the support column of the work platform B is supported by means of the column foot 1.
The telescopic parts 2 and 3 of the support column that can be pushed into the column base 1 are lifted by hydraulic press cylinders, which are also telescopically pushed one over the other, of which only the two upper ones 4 and 5 are indicated in FIG. 2, by means of a hydraulic press pump, not shown, driven by the car engine or lowered when the liquid flow is reversed. These three parts of the support column are secured against twisting against each other in any way. In the uppermost column tube 3 is with telst two sleeves 6 and 7 a with the overlapping bell 8, which cuts off at the level of the stage railing, connected axle tube 9 rotatably mounted.
Furthermore, the column tube 3 at the top, firmly connected to it, a worm wheel 10. With this a worm 11 mounted in the bell 8 engages, which can be rotated by a hand crank 12. By turning the crank 12, the bell 8 can thus be moved around the fixed column tube 3 or, if the rotation stops, since the worm gear 10, 11 is self-locking, it can be locked in any position. On the un tern flange 13 of the bell 8 two Trä ger 14 are attached, which carry the floor 15 and the railing 16 of the platform. The crank 12 is therefore used to pivot the platform in the desired direction.
An extendable ladder consisting of three parts 17, 18, 19 is used to climb the work platform. The uppermost part 19 of the same is attached to two arms 21 attached to the bell 8 and pivotably attached about a horizontal axis 20. The lowest part 17 of the ladder is fastened in the same way so that it can pivot about a horizontal axis 2, 2 on two extension arms 23 of a ring 24, which later can be rotated in a guide 25 around the column tube 1. The working platform is lengthened to the side of the ladder suspension and has on both: sides of the incision 26 in the floor 15 narrow floor parts to step on, so that one can step comfortably onto the stage from the ladder can.
The ladder makes every movement of the work platform in height and direction of rotation and is therefore the platform in every position from the platform 27. Of the car to climb comfortably. In the case of a non-rotating ladder, as was customary with previously known designs, the work platform always had to be brought into a certain position to climb.
In Fig. 1, the working platform is shown in dashed lines in the working position and fully extended. never lowered, i.e. shown in the driving position.
