Description
Wärmeaustauschplatte. Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine hohle und geschlossene Wärmeaustausch platte.
Wie aus der beiliegenden Zeichnung an einem Ausführungsbeispiele ersichtlich ist (Fig. 1 und Fig. 2), weist die Wärmeaus tauschplatte zwei Deckbleche D mit an den Innenseiten angeschweissten Fagoneisen F auf. Diese Fagoneisen F sind derart angebracht, dass sie übereinandergreifen und dadurch auf die einfachste Art eine Verbindung der beiden Deckbleche bewirken.
Die einzelnen Fagoneisen F können in der verschiedensten Weise geformt sein; einige Formen sind aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich.
Besondere Vorteile bietet diejenige Art der Befestigung der Fagoneisen, bei der ein oder nach Fig. 4 einzelne Fagoneisen F des einen Deckbleches die damit zusammenwir kenden Fagoneisen des andern Bleches von einer andern Seite erfassen als die übrigen Fagoneisen. Durch diese Anordnung ist nach dem Zusammenschieben der Bleche sowohl keine bezw. nur eine minime Vertikal-, als auch keine bezw. nur eine minime, durch das Spiel bedingte Horizontalverschiebung der Bleche möglich.
Durch Verschliessen der Kopfenden und Seitenwände entsteht darin die hohle und ge schlossene Wärmeaustauschplatte.
Die neue Wärmeaustauschplatte zeichnet sich von den bekannten hohlen und geschlos senen Wärmeaustauschplatten durch diz- Ein fachheit der Verbindungsart der Deckbleche und die dadurch bedingte billige Herstellung aus.
Sie kann zu den verschiedensten Zwecken, wie z. B. zum Beheizen von Räumen, zum Trocknen, Eindampfen, Destillieren, Kühlen, also sowohl als Heiz- wie als Kühlplatte ver wendet werden.
Die neue Wärmeaustauschplatte kann aus irgend einem geeigneten Metall, vorzugsweise aus Eisen hergestellt werden.
