Description

  

      Verfahren    zur     .Herstellung    eines Netz-,     Dispergier-,        Emulgier-    und     Waschmittels.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem  neuen, wertvollen Netz-,     Dispergier-,        Emul-          gier-    und Waschmittel gelangen     kann,

      wenn  man das .durch     Reduktion    der Ester der       Kokos-    oder     Palmkernfettsäure    erhältliche       Fettalkoholgemisch    mit Chloressigsäure     ver-          estert    und das entstandene     Estergemisch    mit  dem     Natriumsalz    der     -Sulfanilsäure    umsetzt.  



  Der entstandene neue Körper stellt in  reiner Form ein weisses, kristallinisches Pul  ver dar, das in     Wasser    leicht löslich ist und  sich als vorzügliches Netz- und Waschmittel  eignet. Die Echtheitseigenschaften sind gute.  <I>Beispiel:</I>  200 Teile des im Handel befindlichen,

    durch Reduktion der Palmkern- oder     Kokos-          fettsäureester    erhältlichen     Fettalkoholgemi-          sches    und 120 Teile Chloressigsäure werden  mit Hilfe von etwas     Salzsäuregas        verestert     und hierauf mit 200 Teilen     sulfanilsaurem     Natrium     in    1000 Teilen Wasser mit der Tur  bine     verrührt.    Bei 90 bis 100       wird    die Re-         aktion    vollendet; nach Zusatz von 10 Teilen .  Soda wird weitgehend eingedampft.

   Der mit  etwas grauer Farbe ausfallende Körper ist  nach dem Trocknen ein weisses Pulver, das  sich in Wasser unter intensiver Schaum  bildung klar auflöst.
