Der Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform in beifolgender Zeichnung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 die Ansicht eines Aufbewahrungs behälters, Fig. 2' einen teilweisen Längsschnitt durch den. Aufbewahrungsbehälter;
Additional patent to main patent no. 156402. Container with vacuum vessel - for storing liquids. The subject of the present invention is a container with a vacuum vessel for storing liquids according to the claim of the main patent. The vacuum vessel provided at the bottom with a passage opening for the discharge of liquid is equipped at the top with a glass vessel which has a filter and which carries at least one tube protruding into the interior of the vacuum vessel.
There are now means before seen to be in the vacuum vessel sensitive liquid means dujrch an electric switch adjustable steam pressure through the tube to press into the upper glass vessel.
The subject matter of the present invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the following drawing, namely: Fig. 1 is a view of a storage container, Fig. 2 'is a partial longitudinal section through the. Storage containers;
3 to 5 show sections of individual parts of the storage container on a larger scale, FIG. 6 shows a plan view of the container according to FIG. 1, FIGS. 7 and 8 show a section of a storage container with a valve.
The vacuum vessel. 22 has the opening 27 at the bottom, through which the tube 24 and the electrical cable 12, which is led to the plug 11 attached to the protective sheath 25, are passed. The plug 11 is set up in such a way that different amounts of energy (watts) can be supplied from it to the liquid to be heated. The tube 24 is fastened in the metal plate 14, under which the elastic sealing washer 32 is placed.
On the metal plate 14 of the ver provided with the opening 35 radiator 13, to which the Ka bel 12 is directed, attached. While the metal plate 14 and the sealing washer 32 are attached above the opening, the elastic sealing washer 33 and the metal plate 15 are arranged below the (opening 27. The pipe 24 is threadedly connected to the nut 28 (FIG. 5B) ) see.
The opening 27 is formed by the walls 29, 30 which protrude from the bottom wall 34 of the vacuum vessel 22. By firmly tightening the nut 28, the opening 27 is well sealed. The tube 24 leads to the faucet 10 and the liquid level glass 9, which is attached to the protective jacket 25 which is placed around the vacuum vessel 22. The .Schutzmantel 2.5 lies at the top with its conical edge 26 against the ring 36 which is plastered onto the upper edge of the vacuum vessel 22. At the bottom, the protective jacket 25 carries the feet 16. The elastic ring 21 is inserted into the cavity of the ring 3.6.
The horizontal wall part 37 of the glass vessel 2 rests on the upper edge of the ring 21. The conically tapering Ge grip part 19 with the filter 20 and the outflow pipe 18 adjoins this. The top of the glass vessel 2 has the opening 38 into which the sheet metal cover 4 projects. The metal jacket 1 with the holding rods 6 is placed on the upper shoulder of the glass vessel 2.
The latter are held in position by the folding hinges 7, which are fastened to the protective jacket 25 be. On the protective jacket 25, the folding hinges 42 are also provided above. On the metal jacket 1, an elastic ring 8 .. is placed, which is let into the ring 5, which has a thread. The hooks 40, which are held in position by the hinges 41 attached to the metal jacket 1, are attached to the ring 5.
The cover 3 is screwed into the ring 5 so that it presses against the flange of the cover 4 resting on the elastic ring 39. On top of the vacuum vessel 2'2, various metal strips 23 are seen to dissipate the heat. The storage container is used in the following manner: Ground coffee is stored on the filter 20 so that it partially or completely fills the space of the conical vessel part 19.
Water is poured into the space of the vacuum vessel 22 and the glass vessel 2 with ground coffee is placed on the elastic ring 21. By means of the folding hinge 7 and the holding rods 6, the glass vessel 2 is pressed firmly against the elastic ring 21, so that the glass vessel 2 is firmly seated on the vacuum vessel 22. The lid 3 with the ring 5 and the elastic ring 8 is then placed on the upper part of the glass vessel 2 and held in position by means of the hooks 40 and hinges 41 so that the lid sits firmly on the upper part of the glass vessel 2.
The plug 11 is then switched on so that current can reach the heating device 13. As a result, the water in the vacuum vessel 22 is heated and steam is developed, which collects below the conical vessel part 19. The steam now presses on the surface of the water and drives it through the pipe 18, the filter 20 and the ground coffee into the glass vessel 2.
Since the steam collected under the conical vessel part 19 transfers a greater amount of heat to the upper part of the vacuum vessel 22, the attached metal strips 23 direct the heat to the central part of the vacuum vessel, so that in this way the heat is more evenly distributed across the vacuum vessel becomes.
So that the water passes quickly through the filter and coffee when it rises to the upper vessel, after the water has been sufficiently heated, the heating device is suddenly switched to a high output so that the steam rises quickly.
Due to the high pressure, the water is quickly driven through the filter and coffee. If a certain part of the water is pressed out of the vacuum vessel by the steam into the vacuum vessel 2, the heating is switched off. The temperature of the water drops and the steam is condensed. The water saturated with coffee then drips back through the tube 18 from the glass vessel 2 into the vacuum vessel. After all the water has flowed back, the glass vessel 2 with the sealing ring 21 is removed and the cover 3 with the ring 5 is placed directly in the recess of the ring 36.
The lid is held by the Ha ken 40 by means of the hinges 42 in Stel development, the lid BEZW. the ring 5 sits snugly on the upper part of the vacuum vessel 22. The finished coffee is then released through the tap 10. On the liquid standpipe 9, the level of the coffee liquid can be determined who the.
7 and 8, a similar storage container is shown as before; only two tubes 70 and 80 are provided here, instead of the one tube 18. The tube 70 has an extension 82 at the bottom, on which the ring 81, which can slide up and down, rests. If, according to Fig. 8, the steam 83 develops from the water 84, the latter presses on the water and drives it through the pipe 70, with the water falling from above onto the filter 60 with the coffee.
As a result of the pressure exerted by the steam, the ring 81 is driven against the opening of the tube 80, which is closed off so that no water can come into contact with the coffee from below through the filter. This is important because otherwise boiling water will be forced through the coffee and it will lose its taste. If the heater is turned off, the steam is condensed and the pressure ceases. Now the ring 81 falls down, the movement of which is limited by the extension 82 on the tube 70, and opens the opening of the tube 81 free. The warm water at the top passes through the filter with coffee, becomes saturated and slowly drips back into the vacuum container.
Here, too, the plug 11 is provided for delivering differently large powers as in the embodiment according to FIGS. The subject matter of the present invention can be carried out in other ways than shown, and the forms described are intended only as an example. The container can also be used, for example, to heat any liquid. Likewise, the container can only be used to store a liquid. The cock 10 can also be attached directly below the opening 27.
For this purpose, the tube 24 is passed directly through the base of the protective jacket 25 and the tap is attached outside the base.
