Drive and tensioning device for the Zugsell in cable cars. The invention relates to a drive and tensioning device for the traction rope in cable ways, in which the traction rope except uin the drive pulley is also guided around two clamping discs.
The novelty of the invention is that the two tensioning disks angeord designated on the same shaft are jointly movably mounted with respect to the drive disk. The drive pulley is expediently arranged between the tension pulleys and the free stretch of the cable car.
The invention has the advantage that the drive pulley is stationary and a single tension weight simultaneously tensions the pulling and the pulled strand. The circumferential force and the tension weight determine the tension in each strand in such a way that this tension is equal to the fourth part of the tension weight, reduced or increased by half the circumferential force.
The subject matter of the invention is shown schematically on the drawing in an exemplary embodiment, namely: FIG. 1 shows the latter from the side and FIG. 2 seen from above, FIG. 3 / B > a schematic representation of the entire system on a smaller scale.
The drive pulley a rotates on the fixedly mounted shaft b . The pull rope c is first guided over one tensioning pulley d , then runs with strand e to drive pulley a and from there with strand f back to the --wide tensioning pulley g and from there back to the track. The tensioning disks d and g are mounted on the common shaft h, which is held against the cable pull by the tension weight i.
The schematic representation of the system according to FIG. 3 shows a clamping device in the valley station, which is assumed at the bottom left. The pull rope o is guided around a disc k arranged on a fixed axis in the mountain station, which is assumed at the top right. The suspension cables are indicated by dashed lines because they have nothing to do with the invention. It is assumed in the drawing that a full car 1 travels upwards and an empty car 2 travels downwards. The arrows indicate the direction of movement.
The tension relationships result from the following example: When the full wagon 1 moves upwards and the empty wagon 2 moves downwards, the circumferential force on the drive may be 2 t, the tension weight 8 t. According to the above, the tension in dreams f and c below is 1 t, in dreams e and c above 3 t.
