Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Farbstoffes. Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Farb stoffes, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man 1-Amino-2.4-dibromanthrachinon mit Aminoterephtalsäuredirnethylester kondensiert und darauf das so erhaltene Produkt durch Behandlung mit Kaliumsulfit in die Sulfo- säure überführt.
Beispiel: 38 Gewichtsteile 1- Amiiio-2. 4-dibroman thrachinon, 31 Gewichtsteile Aminoterephtal- säuredimethylester, 20 Gewichtsteile entwäs sertes galiumacetat, 0,5 Gewichtsteile Kupfer acetat und 0,5 Gewichtsteile Kupferpulver werden mit 200 Volumteilen Amylalkohol im Ölbad 12 Stunden bei 150-160o C gerührt. Nach dem Erkalten wird das ausgeschiedene Kondensationsprodukt abgesaugt, mit Alkohol und Wasser gewaschen und getrocknet.
Zur Einführung der Sulfosäuregruppe werden 20 Gewichtsteile des Rohproduktes mit 45 Vo- lumteilen einer 35 o/oigen galiumsulfitlösung und 40 Gewichtsteilen Phenol solange zum schwachen Sieden erhitzt, bis sich eine Probe nach Entfernung des Phenols in Wasser klar löst. Nachdem das Phenol mit Dampf abge trieben wurde, wird filtriert und in der übli chen Weise aufgearbeitet. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt Wolle in blauen Tönen an.
