Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wasserlöslichen Farbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpa tentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wasserlöslichen Farbstoffes, welches darin besteht, dass man auf 2.5-Di-(N-äthyl-carba- zolyl-3'-amino)-3 . 6 - dichlor -1. 4 - benzochinon ein Sulflerungsmittel einwirken lässt.
<I>Beispiele:</I> 1. In ein Gemisch von 600 Gewichtsteilen flüssigem Schwefeldioxyd und 200 (9-e- wichtateilen Schwefeltrioxyd werden unter Kühlung mit einer Kältemischung 20 Ge wichtsteile 2.5-Di-(N-äthylcarbazolyl-3'- amino)-3.6-dichlor-1.4-benzochinon einge tragen, 2 Stunden bei -15 C gehalten und langsam unter Abdestillieren der schwefligen Säure auf<B>+330</B> C erwärmt. Nach dem Zersetzen mit Eis wird die ge bildete Farbatoffsulfosäure ausgesalzen, ab gesaugt, neutral gewaschen.
Sie entsteht mit sehr guter Ausbeute und färbt die tierische, pflanzliche und Kunstfaser, sowie gemischte Gewebe in schönen tiefen marine blauen Tönen von ausgezeichneter Licht echtheit an.
2. 50 Gewichtsteile 2. 5 - Di - (N-äthylcarba- zolyl-3'.amino)-3. 6-dichlor-1 . 4-benzochinon und 1000 Gewichtsteile Chlorsulfonsäure werden einige Stunden auf etwa 90 er hitzt, auf 2000 Gewichtsteile Eis gegeben, abgesaugt, mit Salzlösung neutral ge waschen und getrocknet.
