Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neutrallöslichen Komplexsalzes des dreiwertigen Antimons. Im Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neutrallöslichen Komplex salzes des dreiwertigen Antimons beschrie ben, das. dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man eine dreiwertige Antimonverbindung auf Glukonsäure im molekularen Verhältnis un= ter Zusatz von soviel Natronlauge einwirken lässt, dass eine neutrale Endreaktion entsteht.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist nun ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neu trallöslichen Komplexsalzes des dreiwertigen Antimons, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man Antimonhydroxyd auf Glukon- säure im molekularen Verhältnis unter Zu satz von soviel Diäthylaminlösung einwirken lässt, dass eine neutrale Endreaktion entsteht. Zweckmässig verwendet man ein Antimon hydroxyd, das aus Antimontrichlorid in Ge genwart von Glukonsäure hergestellt wurde.
Das so erhaltene antimon-glukonsaure Diäthylamin ist neu. Es kann als Zwischen- produkt für technische Zwecke Verwendung finden. <I>Beispiel:</I> Zu einer Lösung von 11,5 gr Antimon- trichlorid in 15 cm' ylethylalkohol werden 20 cm' einer 50%igen wässerigen Lösung von Glukonsäure hinzugefügt und soviel einer verdünnten Diäthylaminlösung hinzu gesetzt, dass die Flüssigkeit eben schwach al kalisch reagiert. Man fügt 25 cm' Wasser hinzu und erwärmt einige Zeit auf dem Wasserbad.
Dann wird vom Ungelösten ab filtriert und das Filtrat durch Einrühren in Äthylalkohol ausgefällt. Man erhält das antimon-glukonsaure Diäthylamin als leicht mit neutraler Reaktion in Wasser lösliches farbloses Pulver. Aus der mit Weinsäure angesäuerten Lösung fällt Schwefelwasser stoff Antimonsulfid aus.

It is useful to use an antimony hydroxide, which was made from antimony trichloride in the presence of gluconic acid.
The antimony-gluconic acid diethylamine obtained in this way is new. It can be used as an intermediate product for technical purposes. <I> Example: </I> To a solution of 11.5 g of antimony trichloride in 15 cm of ylethyl alcohol, 20 cm of a 50% aqueous solution of gluconic acid are added and enough of a dilute diethylamine solution is added to make the liquid even reacts weakly alkaline. 25 cm of water are added and the mixture is warmed for some time on the water bath.
The undissolved material is then filtered off and the filtrate is precipitated by stirring into ethyl alcohol. The antimony-gluconic acid diethylamine is obtained as a colorless powder which is readily soluble in water with a neutral reaction. Hydrogen sulphide antimony sulphide precipitates from the solution acidified with tartaric acid.
