Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung von 4-Glykolylamino-3'-amino-4'-oxy-arsenobenzol, Im Patent Nr. 144432 wurde die Dar stellung des 4-Glykolylamino-3'-amino-4'-oxy- arsenobenzols durch\ Reduktion eines Ge misches der entsprechenden Arsinsäuren be schrieben.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man diese Verbindung auch erhalten kann, indem man die eine Komponente in Form ihres Arsins mit der andern Komponente in Form ihres Arsinoxyds oder des entsprechenden Dichlor- arsins oder umgekehrt kondensiert.
Gegenstand dieses Patentes ist ein Ver fahren zur Darstellung von 4-Glykolylairiino- 3'-amino-4'-oxyarsenobenzol, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man 4-Glykolylamino- benzolarsinoxyd mit 3-Amino-4-oxybenzol- arsin kondensiert.
Das Endprodukt ist ein gelbes, in ver dünnter Natronlauge leicht lösliches Pulver. Es zeichnet sieh durch geringe Giftigkeit und hohen Heilwert aus. <I>Beispiel:</I> 24,1 gr 4-Glykolylaminobenzolarsiiioxyd werden in 500 cin3 1/zo n alkoholischer Salz säure gelöst und unter Rühren eine Lösung von 18,5 gr 3-Amino-4-oxyplienylarsin in 250 em3 Alkohol zugegeben. Nach kurzer Zeit beginnt sich das gebildete Arsenobenzol abzuscheiden. Nach einer Stunde wird abge saugt und mit Wasser, Alkohol und Äther nachgewaschen.
Ausbeute 35 gr.
