  Verfahren zur     Darstellunb    eines     Küpenfarbstoffes    der     Anthrachinonreihe.            Iin    Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur  Darstellung eines     Küpenfarbstoffes    beschrie  ben, bei dem     2.1-(N)-Antlirachinonakridon-          6-karbonsäurechlorid    mit     1-Amino-4-methoxy-          anthrachinon    durch Erhitzen in einem Lö  sungsmittel unigesetzt wird.  



  Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man in  ganz analoger Weise einen     Küpenfarbstoff     von ähnlichen, wertvollen Eigenschaften er  halten kann, wenn man     2.1-(S)-Anthra-          chinonthioxanthon-Bz4-kai-bonsäurechloi,id    von  der Formel

    mit     1-Aminoanthi,acbinon    durch Erhitzen in  einem Lösungsmittel kondensiert.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  404 Teile     2.1-(S)-Anthrachinonthioxau-          thon-Bz4-karbonsäurechlorid    der oben ange  gebenen Formel, hergestellt durch Konden  sation von     1-Chloranthrachinon-2-karbonsäure     mit     p-Merkaptobenzoesäure,        Ringschluss    mit       Essigsäureanhydrid    unter Zusatz von Schwe  felsäure und     Überführung    in das Säurechlorid  durch Behandeln mit     Thionylchlorid    in     o-Di-          chlorbenzol,    werden mit 223 Teilen     1-Amino-          anthrachinon    und 12,

  600 Teilen     Nitrobenzol     unter Rühren 2 Stunden lang     auf    140   C  erhitzt, wobei die Mischung dick wird, Salz  säuregas entweicht und der Farbstoff sich  ausscheidet. Der Farbstoff liefert  eine     violettschwarze        Küpe,    aus der die Faser  in echten, klaren; goldgelben Tönen ange  färbt wird.
