Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer wasserlöslichen gemischt aromatisch-aliphatischen Diazoaminover Bindung. Durch das Hauptpatent Nr.143023 ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer wasser löslichen, gemischt aromatisch-aliphatischen Diazoamirioverbindung geschützt. Es ist da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazo- verbindung von 4-Chlor-2-toluidin in Gegen wart eines säurebindenden Mittels auf Sar- kosin einwirken lässt.
Es wurde nun weiter gefunden, dass man ebenfalls zu einer ausgezeichnet wasserlös lichen gemischt aromatisch-aliphatischen Di- azoaminoverbindung gelangt, die im übrigen alle wertvollen Eigenschaften der durch das Hauptpatent geschützten Diazoaminoverhin- dung zeigt, wenn man die Diazoverbin- dung von 4-Chlor-2-amino-l-methylbenzol in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels ein wirken lässt auf A-Methylaminoäthansulfosäure. <I>Beispiel:
</I> Die in üblicher Weise in verdünnter Salz säure mit Natriumnitrit hergestellte Diazo- niumsalzlösung von 1 Grammolekül 4-Chlor- 2-amino-l-methylbenzol lässt mau unter gutem Rühren in die sodaalkalische wässerige Lö sung von 139 Gewichtsteilen ss-methylamino- äthansulfosaurem Natrium einlaufen und rührt, bis kein Diazosalz mehr nachweisbar ist. Die sich bildende Diazoaminoverbindung scheidet sich ölig aus und wird nach kurzer Zeit gut kristallin.
Nach beendeter Kupplung versetzt man mit 10 % Natriumchlorid, saugt ab und trocknet bei einer Temperatur unter <B>100,</B> zweckmässig im Vakuum.
Die Ausbeute entspricht 90 % der Theorie. Man kann auch andere säurebindende Mittel, wie Kalium- carbonat, Bicarbonate, Magnesiumcarbonate, Laugen usw. verwenden. Man erhält ein wasserlösliches, schwach gefärbtes Pulver, welches durch Behandeln mit Säuren in seine Komponenten zerfällt. Es soll in der Färberei und Druckerei Verwendung finden.

It has now also been found that an excellent water-soluble mixed aromatic-aliphatic di-azoamino compound is also obtained which, moreover, shows all the valuable properties of the diazoamino-inhibition protected by the main patent, if the diazo compound of 4-chloro 2-amino-l-methylbenzene in the presence of an acid-binding agent can act on A-methylaminoethanesulfonic acid. <I> example:
</I> The diazonium salt solution of 1 gram molecule of 4-chloro-2-amino-1-methylbenzene, prepared in the usual way in dilute hydrochloric acid with sodium nitrite, can be mixed with the soda-alkaline aqueous solution of 139 parts by weight of ss-methylamino- Pour in ethanesulfonate sodium and stir until no more diazo salt can be detected.
