Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer wasserlöslichen gemischt aromatisch-aliphatischen Diazoaminoverbindung. Durch das Hauptpatent Nr.143023 ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer wasser löslichen, gemischt aromatisch-aliphatischen Di- azoamirioverbiridung geschützt. Es .ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Diazoverbin- durig von 4-Chlor-2-toluidin in Gegenwart eines säurebindenden Mittels auf Sarkosin einwirken lässt.
Es wurde nun weiter gefunden, dass man ebenfalls zu einer ausgezeichnet wasserlös lichen gemischt aromatisch-aliphatischen Di- azoaminoverbindung gelangt, die im übrigen alle wertvollen Eigenschaften der durch das Hauptpatent geschützten Diazoaminoverbin- dung zeigt, wenn man die Diazoverbindung von 5-Benzoylamiiio-2-aminohy4rochinondime- thyläther in Gegenwart eines säurebinden den Mittels einwirken lässt auf ss-Methylamino- äthansulfosäure.
Beispiel: Die in üblicher Weise in verdünnter Salzsäure mit Natriumnitrit hergestellte Diazoniumsalzlösung von 1 Grammolekül 5-Benzoylamino-2-aminohydrochinondimetbyl- äther lässt man unter gutem Rühren in die sodaalkalische wässerige Lösung von 139 Gewichtsteilen ss-methylaminoäthanstil- fonsaurem Natrium einlaufen und rührt, bis kein Diazosalz mehr nachweisbar ist. Die sich bildende Diazoaminoverbindung scheidet sich ölig aus und wird nach kurzer Zeit gut kristallin.
Nach beendeter Kupplung ver- setzt man mit 10 % Natriumchlorid, saugt ab und trocknet bei einer Temperatur unter 100 0, zweckmässig im Vakuum. Die Ausbeute entspricht 90 % der Theorie. Man kann auch andere säurebindende Mittel,
wie Kaliumcar- bonat, Bicarbonate,Magnesiumcarbonat, Lau gen usw. verwenden. Man erhält ein wasser lösliches, schwach gefärbtes Pulver, welches durch Behandeln mit Säuren in seine Kom ponenten zerfällt. Es. soll in der Färberei und Druckerei Verwendung finden.

Example: The diazonium salt solution of 1 gram molecule of 5-benzoylamino-2-aminohydroquinone dimethyl ether, prepared in the usual way in dilute hydrochloric acid with sodium nitrite, is allowed to run into the soda-alkaline aqueous solution of 139 parts by weight of sodium ss-methylaminoethane-styledonate until it is not stirred Diazo salt is more detectable.
