Description
Horkplatte.
Fig. 1 ist ein teilweiser Querschnitt durch zwei Korkplatten; Fig. 2 ist ein Schaubild einer Korkplatte mit im Querschnitt halb kreisförmigen Rippen und Nuten; Fig. 3 zeigt eine Korkplatte nach Fig. 1 und 2 in Stirnansicht und zwei angrenzende im Quer schnitt;
Fig.4 und 5 zeigen Querschnitte weiterer Korkplatten.
Hork plate. The object of the present invention forming cork board is characterized in that it has ribs on two narrow surfaces abutting at an angle and grooves on the other narrow surfaces, such that when the boards are placed upright on top of each other, the ribs and grooves of adjacent boards interlock, for the purpose of good insulation, securing the position of the panels against transverse displacement and automatic, mutual leveling of the panels.
The drawing illustrates three exemplary embodiments from the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a partial cross-section through two sheets of cork; Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of a sheet of cork having ribs and grooves semi-circular in cross section; Fig. 3 shows a cork board according to Figures 1 and 2 in an end view and two adjacent in cross section;
4 and 5 show cross sections of further cork panels. 1 (Fig. 1 to 3) denotes a cork plate, the one longitudinal narrow surface and the abutting transverse narrow surface each have a rib 2 of semicircular cross-section. exhibit.
The other longitudinal narrow surface and the other adjoining transverse narrow surface each have a groove 3, also of a semicircular cross-section. The depth of these grooves is chosen so that when the plates are placed on top of one another, small sickle-shaped gaps between the ribs of one plate and the grooves of the adjoining plates 4 for receiving a binding agent, for example pitch, remain.
. The interlocking of the ribs and grooves of the panels on top of one another achieves very good insulation, prevents the panels from shifting in their transverse direction and automatically flattens the panel side surfaces.
The cross section of the ribs 2 and the grooves 3 can also be triangular or four-cornered, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.
