Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer haltbaren wässerigen Lösung von     p-Aminobenzoyl-          diäthylaniinoäthanolcarbonat.       Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer haltbaren  wässerigen Lösung von     p-Aminobenzoyl-          diäthylaminoäthanolearbonat,    welches dadurch  gekennzeichnet ist, dass man ein Salz des     p-          Aminobenzoyldiäthylaminoäthanols    in Wasser  löst, die Lösung ansäuert und mit     Natrium-          carbonat    versetzt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  0,2     gr    salzsaures     p-Aminobenzoyldiäthyl-          aminoäthanöl    werden in 17,5     ems    Wasser  gelöst, 1     ems        2n-Salzsäure    und darauf 1,5 cm'       2n-Natriutncarbonatlösung    zugesetzt. Die vor  übergehend auftretende Fällung wird von der  entwickelten Kohlensäure sofort ' wieder ge  löst. Die erhaltene Lösung ist unter den hier  gewählten Bedingungen     blutisotonisch.     



  Die wasserhelle Lösung reagiert     schwach     alkalisch.

The precipitation that occurs temporarily is immediately released again by the carbon dioxide that has developed. The solution obtained is blood isotonic under the conditions selected here.



  The water-white solution has a weakly alkaline reaction.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung einer haltbaren wässerigen Lösung von p-Aminobenzoyl- diäthylaminoäthanolcarbonat, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man ein Salz des p-Aminoben- zoyldiäthylaminoäthanols in Wasser löst, die Lösung ansäuert und mit Natriumcarbonat versetzt. Die erhaltene Lösung ist wasserhell und reagiert schwach alkalisch. UNTERANSPRUCH: Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man salzsaures p-Amino- benzoyldiäthylaminoäthanol als Ausgangs material verwendet.
