Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Farbstoffes. Gegenstand dieses Patentes ist ein Ver fahren zur Darstellung eines Farbstoffes, wel ches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man den aus 2.5-Di-(N-äthyl-carbazolyl-3'-amino)- 3.6-dichlor-1.4-benzochirron durch Erhitzen in einem hochsiedenden Lösungsmittel gemäss Schweizer Patent Nr. 148120 erhältlichen Farbstoff mit konzentrierter Schwefelsäure bei 80-100 C während mehrerer Stunden sulfiert.
<I>Beispiel:</I> In 25 Gewichtsteilen konzentrierter Schwe felsäure wird bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur 1 Gewichtsteil des aus 2.5-Di-(N-äthyl-car- bazolyl-3'-amino) -3. 6-dicblor-1.4-benzochinon durchErhitzen in einernhochsiedenden Lösungs mittel gemäss Schweizer Patent Nr. 148120 er- bältlichen Farbstoffes eingetragen, langsam auf etwa<B>801</B> C erhitzt und mehrere Stunden bei etwa 80-100 C gehalten.
Nach dem Abkühlen giesst man die Lösung auf ein Ge misch von 25 Gewichtsteilen Eis und 25 Ge wichtsteilen Wasser, saugt ab und wäscht mit .Kochsalzlösung nach. Man erhält auf diese Weise eine Farbstoffsulfosäure, die etwa drei Sulfogruppen enthält, sich in Wasser mit blauer Farbe löst und Wolle, Seide, Baum wolle, Viskose, Mischgewebe und Papier in schönen blauen Tönen sehr lichtecht färbt.
