Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wertvollen Sulfierungsproduktes. Im Hauptpatent Nr. 148482 ist ein Ver fahren zur Herstellung eines wertvollen Sul- fierungsproduktes beschrieben, bei dem Ri- zinusölsäureamid bei An- oder Abwesenheit von Lösungs- oder Verdünnungsmitteln mit sulfierend wirkenden Mitteln behandelt wird.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man in ähn licher Weise ein wertvolles Sulfierungsprodukt von nahezu den gleichen Eigenschaften erhält, wenn man Olsäureogäthyl-m-toluidid bei An- oder Abwesenheit von Lösungs- oder Ver dünnungsmitteln mit sulfierend wirkenden Mitteln, z. B. konzentrierter Schwefelsäure, Schwefelsäuremonohydrat, Oleum, Chlorsul- forrsäure etc., behandelt.
Das auf diese Weise hergestellte Produkt besitzt ein hohes Netz-, Reinigungs- und Dis pergiervermögen.
Beispiel: 100 Gewichtsteile Ölsäureoxäthyl-m-tolui- did, das z. B. hergestellt werden kann aus Ölsäurechlorid durch Umsetzung mit Oxäthyl- m-toluidin, werden, zweckmässig in Gegenwart eines indifferenten organischen Lösungsmit tels, mit 100 Orewichtsteilen Schwefelsäure monohydrat unter Kühlung -behandelt.
Nach dem Auswaschen, Neutralisieren und gegebenenfalls Abdestillieren des organischen Lösungsmittels wird das erhaltene Produkt mit Wasser auf 300 Gewichtsteile eingestellt.
