Es sind Vorrichtungen zur Entnahme be stimmter Flüssigkeitsmengen mit einer mit einem nach unten führenden Saugrohr in die Flüssigkeit eintauchenden Kolbenpumpe be kannt, bei welcher der eine Hub von Hand, der andere durch Federkraft veranlasst wird.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine solche Vorrichtung und besteht darin, dass das Saugventil im Saugrohr der Pumpe an die Eintrittsöffnung in dasselbe und das Druckventil im Auslaufrohr der Pumpe an das Austrittsende aus demselben verlegt ist.
Die Verlegung der Ventile an die freien Enden des Steigrohres bezw. Auslaufrohres hat den grossen Vorteil, dass sie als die emp findlichsten Teile des Apparates jederzeit leicht zugänglich sind.
Beide Ventile werden vorteilhaft in ab nehmbare, zum Beispiel abschraubbare An sätze am Saugrohr bezw. Auslaufrohr verlegt. Nach Abschrauben der Ansätze können die Ventile leicht auseinandergenommen, gerei nigt, ausgewechselt oder erneuert werden. Da speziell Kugelventile leicht gereinigt und zusammengestellt werden können, werden solche mit Vorteil verwendet.
Die Anordnung des Druckventiles am Ende des Auslaufrohres ist noch deshalb sehr gün stig, weil dadurch das unangenehme Nach tropfen der im Auslaufrohr vorhandenen Flüssigkeitsreste vollkommen aufhört.
Um die Menge der jeweils bei einmaligem Hub des Kolbens aus dem Auslaufrohr aus tretenden Flüssigkeit nach Belieben regeln zu können, wird über dem obern Zylinderende zweckmässig ein verstellbarer Anschlag, der zum Beispiel in einer Stellmutter bestehen kann, für die Begrenzung des Kolbenhubes angebracht.
Die Zeichnung zeigt ein Ausführungsbei spiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes im Vertikal schnitt. Im Zylinder 1 einer Pumpe ist der Kolben 2, der vorteilhaft aus einem zwischen zwei Metallscheiben eingepressten Filz oder dergleichen besteht, auf- und abwärts beweg lich. Der Kolben wird durch Druck auf den Handgriff 5 der Kolbenstange 8 nach abwärts gedrückt und durch die von unten auf ihn wirkende Feder 6 wieder in seine Ruhelage zurückbefördert. Die Feder 6 ist einerseits an einem Fortsatz 7 der Kolbenstange 8, an derseits in der zylindrischen Bohrung 9 ge führt.
Das Saugrohr 10 der Pumpe trägt an seinem untern Ende im Innern eines aufge schraubten Ansatzes 11 das als Kugelventil ausgebildete Saugventil 12. Das Auslaufrohr 13 der Pumpe besitzt an seinem Auslaufende ebenfalls einen abschraubbaren Ansatz 14, in dessen Innern das ebenfalls als Kugelventil ausgebildete Druckventil 15 eingebaut ist. Die beiden Ansätze 11 und 14 sind leicht abnehmbar, in allen Teilen zugänglich und daher leicht zu reinigen. Auch können sie nach Belieben ausgewechselt werden.
Auf den mit Aussengewinde versehenen hülsenförmigen Fortsatz 16 des obern Zylin derdeckels ist eine Mutter 17 aufgebracht, welche durch Drehen höher oder tiefer einge stellt und durch eine C@egenmuttei@ 18 in ihrer jeweilig gewünschten Lage fixiert werden kann. An diese Mutter 17 stösst der Hand griff 5 beim Abwärtsdrücken, an und wird dadurch in seiner Bewegung begrenzt, wodurch die Menge der austretenden Flüssigkeit be stimmt wird.
