Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer     N-substituierten    Verbindung der     Pyridonreihe.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einer       N-substituierten    Verbindung der     Pyridonreihe     gelangen kann, wenn man     2-Diäthylamino-          äthogypyridin-5-carbonsäLrreanilid_    durch Er  wärmen umlagert.  



  Das entstandene     N-Diäthylaminoäthyl-2-          pyridon-5-carbonsäureanilid    schmilzt bei 102  .  Es ist in organischen Lösungsmitteln, sowie  in     Säuren    löslich.  



  Die neue Base soll für therapeutische  Zwecke Verwendung finden.    <I>Beispiel:</I>  2 -     Diäthyläminoätlroxypyridin    - 5 -     carbon-          säureanilid    wird durch Erhitzen auf etwa  220-270<B>0</B> umgelagert.



  Process for the preparation of an N-substituted compound of the pyridone series. It has been found that an N-substituted compound of the pyridone series can be obtained if 2-diethylamino-äthogypyridin-5-carbonsäLrreanilid_ is rearranged by warming it.



  The resulting N-diethylaminoethyl-2-pyridone-5-carboxylic acid anilide melts at 102. It is soluble in organic solvents as well as acids.



  The new base will be used for therapeutic purposes. <I> Example: </I> 2 - diethylaminoethyloxypyridine - 5 - carboxylic acid anilide is rearranged by heating to around 220-270 <B> 0 </B>.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung einer N-substi- tuierten Verbindung der Pyridonreihe, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2-Diäthyl- aminoäthoxypyridin-5-carbonsäureanilid durch Erwärmen umlagert. Das entstandene N-Diäthylaminoäthyl-2- pyridon-5-carbonsäureanilid schmilzt bei 1021. Es ist in organischen Lösungsmitteln, sowie in Säuren löslich. Die neue Base soll für therapeutische Zwecke Verwendung finden. PATENT CLAIM: Process for the preparation of an N-substituted compound of the pyridone series, characterized in that 2-diethylaminoethoxypyridine-5-carboxylic acid anilide is rearranged by heating. The resulting N-diethylaminoethyl-2-pyridone-5-carboxylic acid anilide melts at 1021. It is soluble in organic solvents and acids. The new base will be used for therapeutic purposes.
