Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer neuen     Gallensäureverbindung.       Vorliegende Erfindung     betrifft    ein Ver  fahren zur Darstellung einer neuen Gallen  säureverbindung, welches dadurch gekenn  zeichnet ist, dass man     Monobenzoylpiperazin     auf     Dehydrocholsäure    einwirken lässt.  



  Die neue Verbindung kann zum Beispiel  durch Zusammenschmelzen der beiden Kom  ponenten oder durch Eindampfen oder     Ein-          dunsten    der Lösungen der Komponenten er  halten werden.  



  Das     dehydrocholsaure        Benzoylpiperazin     bildet feine, weisse     Nädelchen,    die bei zirka  165   zu sintern beginnen und bei zirka 188    klar geschmolzen sind. Es ist in Alkohol,  Holzgeist, Aceton ziemlich leicht, in Äther  schwer löslich.  



  Die neue Verbindung soll zu therapeuti  schen Zwecken verwendet werden.    <I>Beispiel</I>  Molekulare Mengen     Dehydrocholsäure    und       Monobenzoylpiperazin    werden in heissem Holz  geist gelöst, worauf die Lösung durch Er  kalten zur Kristallisation gebracht wird.



  Process for the preparation of a new bile acid compound. The present invention relates to a method for preparing a new bile acid compound, which is characterized in that monobenzoylpiperazine is allowed to act on dehydrocholic acid.



  The new compound can be obtained, for example, by melting the two components together or by evaporating or evaporating the solutions of the components.



  The dehydrocholic acid benzoylpiperazine forms fine, white needles that begin to sinter at around 165 and are clearly melted at around 188. It is fairly easily soluble in alcohol, wood spirit, and acetone, and sparingly soluble in ether.



  The new compound is intended to be used for therapeutic purposes. <I> Example </I> Molecular amounts of dehydrocholic acid and monobenzoylpiperazine are dissolved in hot wood, whereupon the solution is crystallized by cooling it.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung einer neuen Gallensäureverbindung, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man Monobenzoylpiperazin auf De- hydrocholsäure einwirken lässt. Das dehydrocholsaure Benzoylpiperazin bildet feine, weisse Nädelchen, die bei zirka <B>1650</B> zu sintern beginnen und bei zirka<B>188'</B> klar geschmolzen sind. Es ist in Alkohol, Holzgeist, Aceton ziemlich leicht, in Äther. schwer löslich. Die neue Verbindung soll zu therapeu tischen Zwecken verwendet werden.
