Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von     künstlichen    Textilgebilden mit mattem Glanz.    Gemäss dem Verfahren nach dem Haupt  patent wird durch Zusatz organischer Basen,  z. B.     Alkylanilin,        Chinolin,    zur spinnfertigen  Viskose oder in irgend einem andern Stadium  in der     Viskoseherstellung,    z. B. bei der     Sul-          fidierung,    eine dauernde     Mattierung    des Fa  dens erhalten, wobei die Base durch die       Spinnbadsäure    herausgelöst wird.  



  Es hat sich nun gezeigt, dass wasserun  lösliche oder in Wasser sehr schwer lösliche       Säureamide,    z. B.     Säureanilide,    wie Kohlen  säuredianilide und     -dialkylanilide    einen ganz  überraschend guten     Mattierungseffekt    geben,  so dass bereits Zusatzmengen von etwa 0,15 %  sehr beträchtlich den Glanz von Kunstseide  herabmindern.

   Im übrigen ist je nach dem  gewünschten     Mattierungseffekt    eine geringere       oder        stärkere        Beimischung        als        0,15%        an          Mattierungsmittel    zu wählen. In den zur  Verwendung kommenden     Säureamiden    können  organische Säuren mit Ammoniak, mit pri-    mären oder mit sekundären Aminen verbun  den sein.  



  Die Zusatzkörper können auch, besonders  wenn es sich um feste Körper handelt, in  organischen wasserunlöslichen Mitteln gelöst  zur Anwendung kommen. Zur besseren     Emul-          gierung    der reinen Produkte oder der Lösun  gen können Netzmittel, z. B. die im Handel  als     "Nekale"    bezeichneten Mittel,     mitver-          wendet    werden. Weiterhin können Rohge  mische der     Säureamide    oder Gemische mit  organischen Basen oder andern Substanzen  zur Anwendung gelangen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Der spinnfertigen Viskose werden     0,15'/o          Kohlensäuredialkylanilid    eingerührt. Die     Ver-          spinnung    und Aufarbeitung kann in der üb  lichen Weise erfolgen. Es wird eine Kunst  seide mit vermindertem Glanz erhalten.

  It has now been shown that water-insoluble or very sparingly soluble in water acid amides, z. B. acid anilides, such as carbon dianilides and dialkylanilides give a surprisingly good matting effect, so that even amounts of about 0.15% reduce the gloss of rayon very considerably.

   Furthermore, depending on the desired matting effect, a lower or higher admixture than 0.15% of matting agent should be selected. In the acid amides used, organic acids can be verbun with ammonia, with primary or with secondary amines.



  The additional bodies can also be used dissolved in organic water-insoluble agents, especially if they are solid bodies. For better emulsification of the pure products or the solutions, wetting agents such. B. the means known in the trade as "Nekale" can be used. Furthermore, Rohge mixtures of the acid amides or mixtures with organic bases or other substances can be used.



  <I> Example: </I> 0.15% carbonic acid dialkylanilide is stirred into the ready-to-spin viscose. The spinning and working up can be carried out in the usual manner. An artificial silk with reduced gloss is obtained.

PATENT CLAIM: Process for the production of artificial textile structures, such as rayon, ribbons, horsehair etc. with a matt sheen, characterized in that a viscose is processed which contains small amounts of acid amides which are as water-insoluble as possible.
