Fig. 4 zeigt schematisch diese elektri schen Verbindungen.
Electric reflector lamp with incandescent lamp adjustable in the direction of the reflector axis. The present invention relates to an elec trical reflector lamp, which is provided with an adjustable in the direction of the Rellektorachse incandescent lamp.
The essence of the invention is that the incandescent lamp socket is slidably mounted in the reflector neck, between which and the incandescent lamp socket a guide consisting of a curve and a pin connec tion is made so that when pivoting a lever connected to the lamp socket ver the Lamp socket is axially displaced ver with respect to the reflector neck.
An embodiment of the subject invention is illustrated on the accompanying drawing, namely shows: 'Fig. 1 is an axial section through the lamp, Fig. 2: an interior view of the housing after removal of the battery carrier, Fig. 3 is a view of the battery holder seen from the Page on which the incandescent lamp and the reserve lamps are arranged, and FIG. 4 shows a circuit diagram of the reflector lamp.
According to the illustration, the reflector 1 is provided in the usual way with a reflector neck 2, the wall of which is penetrated by a slot 3 extending towards the axis. The lamp holder 7, which is fastened to the box-shaped battery holder 9, sits in the reflector neck 2. On the lamp socket 7 sits a not illustrated illustrated pin which engages in the guide slot 3 in the reflector neck 2. The battery holder 9 is connected to an arm 5. which leads from the lamp housing 6 laterally hinge.
The incandescent lamp 8 is screwed into the lamp socket 7 in the usual way. The box-shaped battery holder 9 is open on its side facing away from the incandescent lamp 8, so that the battery 1.0 can be inserted from here.
The slot 3 runs at one end into an axial groove 3 ′ for the insertion of the pin fastened on the lamp socket 7.
The battery 10 is under the influence of a spring 11 which is attached to the housing cover 12 and strives to advance the battery together with the battery holder 9 and the socket body 7 towards the reflector.
Two sockets 13, 14 for reserve lamps are provided on the battery holder 9. The battery holder can be removed from the lamp housing.
With 15 the shift lever is designated, which carries the switch contact spring 16 on its axis, by means of which the incandescent lamp can be switched ent neither to the leads coming from the battery, or to leads that come from a dynamo provided instead of the battery , the cable connected to a pole terminal 17 insulated from the housing 6 who can.
On the outside of the box-shaped battery holder 9, two contact slip springs 22, 23 are insulated, which are permanently placed against two contact strips 24, 215 that are insulated from one another and are supported on the inner wall of the housing. The latter contact strips are rigidly connected to the switching device 1,5, 16, while the wiper contact spring 22 is led to the foot pole 2.0 of the incandescent lamp and the wiper contact spring 23 is connected to the one battery terminal flag.
Fig. 4 shows schematically these electrical connections rule. The Mnus pole flag of the battery 10 is in metallic contact with the sliding contact 23, which touches the contact strips 2-5. This contact strip 25 can be connected by the switch 16 with the two-th contact strip 24 which touches the sliding contact 22 against which the foot pole 20 of the incandescent lamp 8 rests. The second pole of the incandescent lamp, that is the Fas solution 7, is in metallic connection with the battery holder 9 and thus also with the lamp housing 6. Against the battery holder 9, the positive pole flag of the battery 10 rests.
When the incandescent lamp 8 is fed by a dynamo, one pole of the dynamo D is connected to the housing 6 and thus to the lamp holder 7, while the second pole of the same is connected through a line 21 to the switch 16 and thereby to the foot pole 20 of the incandescent lamp is connected. According to FIGS. 1 to 3, the pole terminal 17 connected to the dynamo by a current conductor is connected to the contact strip 25 by a contact spring 21 isolated from the housing 6 for this purpose. The second pole of the dynamo is connected, for example, to the lamp housing and thus to the lamp socket because of the hatred of the vehicle.
The handling of the reflector lamp Re described is done so that after opening the cover 12, the battery 10 is inserted into the battery holder at will of the user, whereby the operational readiness is readily ensured. By rotating the hand lever 5, the lamp 8 can be focused, the battery holder 9 with the battery undergoes a corresponding rotation and displacement in the housing 6.
If the lamp is only fed by a dynamo, the battery holder with the battery can be omitted and the hand lever can then be connected directly to the lamp socket 7.
The arrangement can also be made such that the lamp socket 7 is rotatably connected to the battery holder 9, so that when the hand lever 5, which is also attached to the lamp socket in this case, is pivoted out, the battery holder with the battery will not rotate, but only one Movement in the direction of the reflector axis executes while the lamp holder rotates and at the same time displaces axially.
If the battery holder is not supposed to move axially either, the lamp socket is arranged so that it can be freely displaced relative to it, whereby a constant conductive connection of the incandescent lamp pole 2; 0 with the contact strip 2, 2 must be ensured.
The hand lever 5, which of course can also be arranged inside the lamp housing, does not have to be directly connected to the lamp holder and the battery holder, but a suitable translation can be arranged between the lever and the lamp holder; The inner end of the lever, which in this case can be pivoted about a pin, can expediently be designed as a toothed segment which engages with a toothed ring attached to the lamp socket.
To the bulb easily in the focal point of the reflector, respectively. To be able to bring into another position in order to achieve the desired lighting effect, a bolt with head and nut can be slidably inserted into the cutout of the housing wall through which the hand lever 5 passes. After loosening the nut, the bolt can be moved to any required position and secured in the same position by tightening the nut. In this way, that position of the hand lever 5 can be fixed once and for all, in which the filament is located exactly in the focal point of the reflector, so that it is not necessary to look for this position every time by trial and error.
