Dies wird gemäss der Erfin dung dadurch erreicht, dass der Lüfter auf der Motorwelle drehbar angeordnet und zweckmässigerweise so ausgebildet ist, dass ei, durch das Ständerfeld des Motors unab hängig von der Läuferdrehzplll sofort eine hohe Drehzahl ei-hält. Da der Lüfter infolgedessen sofort beim Einschalten des;
Device for ventilation of induction motors. If three-phase induction motors, especially three-phase short-circuit motors, are to be used for full-load starting, the motors must be well ventilated in order to dissipate the heat generated by the high starting current and to protect the winding from overload. To ventilate the motors, only fans located on the motor shaft are often used, but these can only generate an air flow sufficient for cooling when the rotor is at full speed.
If, however, the motor is used to drive machines with a difficult start-up and long start-up time, the high current heat generated by the high start-up current may not be sufficiently dissipated by the fans on the motor shaft, as these are prevalent during the start-up time Speed cannot generate a sufficiently strong air flow. As a result, normal squirrel cage motors for such difficult starting conditions could not be used up to now.
The invention only enables good cooling of the motor even with a low number of rotors, so that the strong current heat caused by the starting current can be dissipated well without damage to the motor.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the fan is rotatably arranged on the motor shaft and is expediently designed in such a way that the stator field of the motor immediately maintains a high speed regardless of the rotor speed. Since the fan as a result immediately when switching on the;
When the motor has almost reached its synchronous speed, it is able to immediately generate a strong air flow that cools the motor well and dissipates the heat generated by the increased oil flow, so that the fan compared to the motor rotor when the stator becomes weaker. the stray field in which the speed is not left behind is coupled to the rotor shaft of the motor in such a way that it can only move in a certain direction relative to the rotor, expediently by a slip clutch or the like,
and if there is a larger number of runners, it is immediately carried along by the latter, while it is prevented from moving in the opposite direction. The coupling used for this purpose can be provided with a lock or some other device known per se. In the figure, various exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in section. In the embodiment shown in Figure 1, the hub 12 of the fan is rotatably mounted on the motor shaft 11.
The blades 13 of the fan are made of iron or another magnetic building material and are exposed to the stray field of the strength winding 15 . A ring 16 is arranged on the 111otor shaft 11 , which is provided with a toothing serving as a locking mechanism on the side facing the fan 1.23 13 is, while the hub 12 of the fan 12, 13 is also provided with a corresponding toothing.
The lock formed in this way acts in such a way that the fan 12, 13 can only move in a certain direction relative to the rotor 17 , so that if the The motor has reached its normal speed after the run-up time has elapsed, is carried along by the rotor shaft 11 . When the motor is switched on, the stray field consequently acts directly on the fan blades 13 , so that they immediately get a high speed.
The formation of the wings is not enough. In order to ensure that the fan can be carried along safely, the fan blades 13 can, as shown in Figure 2, on their side facing the stator winding with a ring 20 made of iron or another magnetic building material be provided, whereby the effect of the stator stray field on the fan is significantly increased.
In both cases, the stator 14 and rotor 15 of the motor is designed in a manner known per se, the latter being provided with a simple or double cage, a so-called eddy current rotor or atieli a slip ring rotor.
In order to increase the effect of the stator stray folds on the fan, a special one with eddy current rods can be placed on the hub of the fan 30 , as shown in Figure 3 31 Versellenes sheet metal package 32 can be attached, while the stator sheet metal package 33 is provided on its end faces with an additional Bleobpael, -et 34, which has an axial distance of the main stator core 33 ,
but is also penetrated by the stator winding 35 . The laminated core 32 sitting on the fan hub acts in conjunction with the corresponding part of the stator core 34 as an independent motor, so that the fan 30 as a result of this immediately when the motor is switched on the normal synchronous speed increases, regardless of the speed of the rotor 36 . In order to determine the relative movement of the fan 30 against the rotor 36 only in to enable a single direction and to block in the opposite direction, a ring 37 provided with a blocking is arranged on the motor shaft,
which engages in a corresponding design of the hub of the fan 30 .
In addition to Drelistroni squirrel cage motors, the invention is also particularly suitable for slip ring motors, since in these, especially with longer start-up times, high starting currents occur which would endanger the winding without additional cooling. The invention is also important for motors with speed control, since the fans that are rotatably seated on the motor shaft always retain their normal, approximately synchronous speed caused by the stator rotating field when the motor speeds are reduced.
In the exemplary embodiments shown in the figures, a fan is arranged on the two end faces of the stator, as is usual with normal motors. But if the Alotor has a shorter start-up time, you can get by with just a single fan.
In some cases it can be useful to design the iron ring connected to the fan blades as undivided instead of as shown in the figures, and to provide it with pole teeth in order to increase the effect of the stator rotating field. This is particularly useful if the stator field has a large spread.
