For the storage of substances while maintaining a certain temperature certain containers with insert. The subject matter of the present invention forms a storage container with a set, which the latter is intended to hold substances that are to receive the container contents for a long time at least approximately at a certain temperature. The insert is fastened in the lid of the container, with an end pin being provided for the insert.
The subject matter of the present invention is shown in the drawing in exemplary embodiments, namely: Fig.l shows a container which is designed as a bottle with the insert, Fig. 2 a container with a cylindrical wall, Fig. 3 a container with an insert , the container and insert are covered by expansion plug.
According to FIG. 1, the vacuum bottle 6 with the bottom cap 11 is inserted into the protective jacket 5. The spring 10 presses against the bottom cap 11. The cap 40 with the conical extension 4, which rests on the conical spout jacket 3, is screwed into the protective jacket 5. The cap 40 has the Ge thread 41 on which the cover 4 =? is screwed on. The pouring jacket 3 is plastered onto the neck of the vacuum bottle 6.
The cap 1 with the thread 21 is screwed onto the pouring casing 3, into the attachment 19 of which the cylindrical vessel 7 with the C-thread 8, which forms an insert, is screwed. An elastic ring 9 surrounds the top wall of the zy-cylindrical vessel 7 and at the same time lies against the inner wall of the neck of the vacuum bottle 6. The cylindrical vessel 7 is closed with an expansion plug 2 at the top. The container as a bottle is used in the following way: In the cylindrical vessel 7 cold liquid is filled, and the vessel is completed by the expansion plug 2 sen.
The vacuum bottle 6 is then filled with liquid and the cylindrical vessel 7 with cap 1 is screwed onto the pouring jacket 3. In this way, the contents of the vacuum bottle 5 will keep ge cold for a long time.
According to Fig. 2, a vacuum vessel 15 is seen in front of, which carries the bottom cap 25 and is inserted into the protective jacket 16. At the top, the cap 14 is screwed onto the protective jacket 16, which rests on the upper edge of the vacuum vessel 15 with its flat surfaces 43. As the spring 24 presses against the bottom cap 25, the vacuum vessel 15 is pressed against the flat part 43 of the cap 14 at the top. While the cap 14 is screwed onto the inner part of the thread of the protective sheath 16, the cap 13, which consists of the heat-non-conductive material, is screwed onto the outer part of the thread. The cap 13 is seen on the outside with thread 23, onto which the cap 12 is screwed.
The cap 13 is also provided with the attachment 20, in which the cylindrical vessel 17 with the thread 18 forming the insert is screwed. The latter is through the expansion plug 2? covered. The vessel is used in exactly the same way as that of FIG. 1.
According to FIG. 3, a vacuum vessel 28, which carries the bottom cap 31, is provided and inserted into the protective jacket 29. The spring 30 presses against the bottom cap 31. The cap 32 is screwed into the protective jacket 29 at the top. The cap 26 is screwed onto the outside of the protective jacket. On the upper part of the vacuum vessel 28, the cover 44 is placed, into which the cylindrical vessel 27 forming the insert is screwed. The latter is closed by the expansion plug 37. The elastic ring 33 rests against the cylindrical extension 45 and the elastic ring 34 rests against the inner wall of the vacuum vessel 28. The annular extension 47 of the ring 38 rests in the space 46 of the two rings 33, 34.
The bolts 35, 36 which carry the levers 48, 49 at the top are fastened in the ring 38. In the position which the levers 48, 49 assume in the position shown in FIG. 3, the elastic rings 33, 34 are pressed together and lie against the inner wall of the vacuum vessel 2 and 8. outer wall of the cylindrical vessel 27. If the levers 48, 49 are swung by 180 in the vertical plane, the elastic rings 34, 33 can expand in the axial direction and the rings become detached from their walls.
The use of the vessel according to FIG. 3 is the same as that which has been described for the vessel with reference to FIG.
The idea on which the invention is based can also be carried out in a different way than indicated, and the constructions presented are only intended to serve as examples.
For example, heat-generating material can also be introduced into the inserts instead of cold liquid.
