Room ventilation system with artificial cooling of the air to be introduced into the room. Room ventilation systems with artificial cooling of the air to be introduced into the room either have the disadvantage that the amount of cooling liquid required to condense the refrigerant is too large when using immersion condensers, or that the installation of sprinkling condensers outside the building with the room ventilation system (for example on the roof) becomes cumbersome.
The present invention is a room ventilation system of the type mentioned, which to avoid the disadvantages mentioned. searches. It is characterized according to the invention in that the air discharged from the space to be ventilated is used to recool the cooling liquid used for cooling the heat-emitting element of the refrigeration system, in that it penetrates the cooling liquid and evaporates part of it.
The room to be ventilated can have an exhaust air duct into which a sprinkling cooling system for the cooling liquid can be installed and in which, under certain circumstances, the heat-emitting organ of the cooling system can be installed together with the sprinkling cooling system in such a way that the organ is in the area of the cooling liquid. keitsstromes is located. Finally, the room ventilation system can have an aftercooler for the refrigerant, with the freshly supplied cooling liquid initially flowing into the aftercooler, where the refrigerant can be cooled and then flow into the cooling liquid circuit.
The drawing relates to three exemplary embodiments of the subject invention. Fig. 1 shows the first embodiment, which has a compression refrigeration system, in which the condenser is provided together with a spray recooling system for the cooling liquid of the condenser in the exhaust air duct of the room to be ventilated.
Fig. 2 shows part of the second exemplary embodiment from, in which the condenser gate is provided outside of the exhaust air duct, but the cooling liquid is recooled by sprinkling cooling in the exhaust air flow.
Finally, Fig. 3 shows part of the third embodiment, which is provided with an after cooler for the refrigerant, which is after-cooled by the amount of coolant freshly added to your coolant circuit.
The fan 1 of the first embodiment, driven by an engine, not shown, sucks in air through duct 2 and conveys it at E into space 3 to be ventilated, from which the used exhaust air is discharged at A through duct 4. In order to cool the air to be introduced into the room 3 at high outside temperatures to a desired temperature, an evaporator 5 of a compression refrigeration system is provided in the channel 2.
The refrigeration system consists of a compressor 6, which sucks the evaporated refrigerant from the evaporator 5 through the line 7 and compresses the same to a higher pressure and continues through the line 8 to the condenser 9, the heat-emitting organ of the refrigeration system. The condensed refrigerant is passed through line 10 to the expansion valve 11, relaxed to the evaporator pressure and recently introduced into the evaporator, where it evaporates and thereby extracts heat from the air passing by.
The cooling liquid of the condenser 9 is recooled in a sprinkling cooling system in the exhaust duct 4, which saves a considerable amount of freshly supplied coolant for the condensation of the coolant. As can be seen, the exhaust air penetrates the cooling liquid, where it evaporates part of the same. The condenser 9 is installed together with the sprinkling cooling system in the exhaust air duct in such a way that it is in the area of the cooling liquid atmosphere. The cooling liquid flows through the line 13 from the container 14 to the circulation pump 15, by means of which it is conveyed through the line 16 into the drip vessel 17 of the sprinkling cooling system.
From this drip vessel 17 the water forming the cooling liquid trickles over the pipes of the condenser 9, through which the refrigerant flows, back into the container 14 and is partially evaporated by the exhaust air supplied from the exhaust air duct 4, so that the rest Part is re-cooled by withdrawing the amount of heat required for evaporation.
The evaporated cooling liquid leaving the exhaust air can be replaced again through the line 18. In order to keep the level 19 of the cooling liquid continuously at the same level, the line 18 is provided with a float valve (20, 21) which closes the line 18 at a certain height of the level 19. If there is a loss of cooling liquid, the float 21 sinks so that the valve 20 is opened, where the loss of cooling liquid is automatically covered again.
In the two th example shown in FIG. 2, the refrigerant is fed through line 8 to the condenser 9 and discharged again through line 10. The condenser 9, which is located outside the air duct from, has a vessel 25 through which the cooling liquid flows, wel Ches receives the cooling liquid consisting of water by means of the circulation pump 15 from the collecting vessel 14 through the line 13. This cooling liquid is discharged again through the line 26 and passed on to the distribution line 27 of the sprinkling cooling system.
In the distribution line 27 distribution nozzles 28 are used, wel che distribute the cooling liquid so that the exhaust air flowing in from the space 3 in the exhaust air duct cools the cooling liquid heated in the condenser vessel 25 by evaporating part of the same. The non-evaporated part of the cooling liquid collects in the container 14. The evaporated amount of cooling liquid leaving the exhaust air is supplemented by a line 18 provided with a float valve 20, 21 similar to the first exemplary embodiment, so that the liquid level 19 is practically remains at the same level.
The part of this embodiment, not shown, is the same as the corresponding one of the first embodiment.
The embodiment shown in Fig. 3 has an after cooler 32 for the refrigerant. The refrigerant is from the compressor through the line 8 your condenser 9, which has a vessel 25 and is arranged outside the half of the exhaust duct, to and from this through the line 30 to the after cooler 32 having the vessel 31 supplied to from here to be passed on through line 10 to the expansion valve. The best of water existing cooling liquid for the condenser 9 is also sucked from a collecting tank 14 through the line 13 by means of the circulation pump 15, ben in the vessel 2.5 and passed from there through the line 26 to the distribution line 27.
The distributed through the distribution nozzle 28 cooling liquid is cooled back by the exhaust air in the channel 4 and in the container 14 again collects ge. The liquid level 19 is kept at an unchangeable level by the cooling liquid flow controlled by means of the float valve 20. The cooling liquid freshly supplied to supplement the evaporated cooling liquid is first passed through the vessel 31 of the aftercooler 32 and there cools the refrigerant condensed and cooled in the condenser 9.
The cooling liquid emerging from the vessel 31 flows through the line 33 into the vessel 25 of the condenser 9 and from here takes the same path as the cooling liquid brought into the uranium flow by the circulation pump 15, ie it enters the cooling liquid circuit. In this embodiment, too, the part not shown is the same as the corresponding part of the first embodiment.
Of course, a Krei selkompressor can be used instead of a piston compressor as shown in FIG. Water is advantageously used as the cooling liquid, but in special cases it can also be replaced by other liquids which must be of such a nature that they are partially evaporated by the air passing through them. Instead of the screw fan 1, a centrifugal fan can also be present, for example. Finally, instead of a compression refrigeration system, the exemplary embodiments could be provided with an absorption refrigeration system or a refrigeration system using a mixed method.
