Container for cooking milk. The subject of the invention is a container for cooking milk.
This container is characterized in that it has a collecting channel around its mouth.
The appended drawing shows, by way of example only, some embodiments of the object of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a side elevational view in partial section of the container; Fig. 2 is a plan view; Figs. 3, 4 and 5 show a variant respectively in longitudinal section, in front view and in plan view.
The container as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 comprises a collecting channel 1, applied at 2 around the container towards the edge thereof, said channel having a mouth 3.
It obviously follows that at the time of boiling, the milk which rises is collected in the channel 1, and as a result of the inclination of the latter, comes out through the mouth 3 and flows into the container 4 located at the - below the mouth.
In the variant shown in fig. 3, 4 and â, the mouth 5 of the boiling vessel G is combined with a collecting channel la, including the peripheral wall! extends at a level higher than that of the mouth 5. This channel 1a has a wide opening 3a, constituting a flow spout and its bottom 8 forms an angle A of approximately 12 'with the horizontal. Opposite the mouth 31, the bottom is inclined at 8 ′ at an even greater angle B, so as to accentuate the flow of milk which flows through the mouth 3a.
As indicated by the dotted lines x, y, z, the milk at the time of boiling gradually rises, while the peripheral flow of the opening 31, is stopped by the raised wall 4 and is therefore forced, consequently , to follow the course of the channel and to discharge through the spout 3a into the container located below. If there did not exist, a channel such as that provided, that is to say if the outer wall of the channel was not sufficiently high, the milk would overflow from the container following a curve i; indicated on the drawing by a dotted line.
According to this embodiment, the receptacle is formed in one piece with the collecting channel, this piece being suitably shaped and subjected to successive stamping and cutting operations, avoiding any junction using welding. Or other.
It goes without saying that the object of the invention may be achieved in different forms of construction, either with respect to its manufacture in distinct parts and their subsequent assembly, or with respect to the material used, which may be aluminum, porcelain or any other suitable material.
Figs. 3 and 4 show the eccentricity existing between the actual container 6 and the collecting channel, which allows a progressive increase in the transverse cross sections of the channel, starting from point 9, diametrically opposite to the mouth 3a until this one.
Naturally, in practice, the object of the invention can give rise to other numerous variant embodiments. lition so as to avoid the use of the collecting container 4 (fig. 1).
