Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines neuen     Zellulosederivates.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man ein neues       Zellulosederivat    erhält, wenn man Alkali  zellulose mit einem Gemisch von Schwefel  kohlenstoff und     Allylbromid    behandelt und  auf das so erhaltene Produkt     Piperazin    ein  wirken lässt.  



  Das neue     Zellulosederivat    bildet ein helles  Produkt und ist durch seine Affinität zu  sauren Wollfarbstoffen gekennzeichnet. Es  kann als Rohstoff zur Herstellung von Textil  fasern verwendet werden. Indessen wird der       iSCllutz    für das angegebene Verfahren nur  soweit beansprucht, als es sich nicht um  eine für die Textilindustrie in Betracht  kommende Behandlung von Textilfasern zum  Zwecke deren Veredlung handelt.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Zellulose     (z.B.        Linters    oder     Sulfitzellulose)          wird        mit        kalter        20        %        iger        Natronlauge        im-          prägniert    und hierauf in eine Mischung von  100 Teilen     Allybromid    und 600 Teilen  Schwefelkohlenstoff eingetragen.

   Man lässt    während 1-2 Tagen in der Kälte stehen  sodann wird herausgenommen und kurze  Zeit mit kaltem oder warmem Wasser     ge-          spült        und        in        einer        10        %        igen        wässerigen     Lösung von     Piperazin    während 1-2 Stunden  auf dem Wasserbade erwärmt. Hierauf wird  gespült und getrocknet.

  The new cellulose derivative forms a light-colored product and is characterized by its affinity for acidic wool dyes. It can be used as a raw material for the production of textile fibers.   <I> Example: </I> Cellulose (e.g. linters or sulfite cellulose) is impregnated with cold 20% sodium hydroxide solution and then added to a mixture of 100 parts of allybromide and 600 parts of carbon disulfide.

   It is left to stand in the cold for 1-2 days, then it is removed and rinsed for a short time with cold or warm water and warmed in a 10% aqueous solution of piperazine for 1-2 hours on the water bath. This is followed by rinsing and drying.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zellulosederivates, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Alkalizellulose mit einem Gemisch von Sehwefelkohlenstoff und Allylbromid behandelt und auf das so erhaltene Produkt Piperazin einwirken lässt. Das neue Zellulosederivat bildet ein helles Produkt und ist durch seine Affinität zu sauren Wollfarbstoffen gekennzeichnet. Es kann als Rohstoff zur Herstellung von Textil fasern verwendet werden.
